I resived a fake items and not original And when i want to return they want to make me pay any dilery company wtch means i have to pay hundrets so i get my money back. Bad discusting thief company

I did not receive everything in my last order. Online my order appeared fine but I only received one of the two things I ordered. I did get a refund but not until I received my partial order. It appeared like both items were filled and sent. I am wondering why they did not inform me of the missing item. Why did I have to send an email informing the company? Just curious. My previous order was perfect and I was informed of items not in stock before my previous package was sent.

I just got my Skinceuticals discoloration defense serum delivered, and the bottle was filled with water instead of the original liquid!! It was sealed but the tab came open when with the plastic on top. I am extremely disappointed, and cannot believe you are selling illegitimate products, I don't know if this mistake was out of your hands, I hope so because you look like a trustworthy site. I have sent an email explaining the issue and there was no response... I would like to get a refund, or at least a new product with real product inside it 🙁

I ordered a product 4 weeks ago. There’s not information apart that it has been in transit ever since. I have emailed twice this company and no one has replied my emails. Worse customer service and I will probably never receive my product. Don’t buy from this site.

If I can give less than one star, I would. One of my worst if not the worst customer experience ever!!! Items never received while ordered three weeks back and they do not want to return the money and are not genuinely resolving the problem. They only mention that they will contact courier and nothing changes. Do not EVER purchase from them.

horrible customer service, purchased a perfume, smelled it to see if I like it and was told I can't return it because opening it means "tampered with" although it's in the original packaging.

I received my order after three weeks, I received the collagen in bad condition( not stored in proper place in this high temperature). I have added my number when I ordered but the items received without number and name( the courier can’t deliver without these details) Bad experience!
