Even though I chose the cheapest shipping just for trying for first time ever buying at an online store, everything was amazingly fast. The package came in 9 days, i mean, it crossed two continents. Also, the items I ordered came in perfect condition.
Hice el pedido el 18 de diciembre/22 y hoy, 2 enero/23 no ha llegado. Fui a CVS y no dan información alguna. Sigo esperando el envío del productos. Muy mal servicio post venta. Servicio al cliente nulo.

Very disappointed as I still have not received my product and it has been 3 weeks since I ordered. When I learned how long this was taking & that there is no actual date of arrival for my skin (face) cream, I asked last week in 3 different emails (and saw they were delivered & viewed) to be refunded & to cancel my order, and no one contacted me until today (more than 3 weeks late). Email stated very briefly and coldly there was still no arrival date & that it’s too late to cancel & return. In all of my life I have NEVER had this experience. I am so very upset & disappointed!

Order placed on October 14. Still haven't received it. Does not come up on Shop app. They show it as delivered. Not true. Tried to check it again and it's in Portuguese which I don't speak. What do you plan to do with order #INT3830?
