Pedí 4 cremas y solo llegaron 3 completas 1 vacía,ignoro por qué pero no me deja gusto de volver a comprar,tendría que comprar más para que me llegue lo que quiero!!!!

Estoy en New York el servicio en la pagina fue muy bueno y muy amable, el producto llego muy rápido y en perfecto estado. Me encanto la variedad de productos. El precio excelente. Definitivamente volveré a pedir productos en esta página.

I placed an order on your website a month ago and after waiting for an extended period, I was informed that the delivery had failed without any prior notifications or refund. Here is the tracking number: EE764887684PT What is even more concerning is the fact that I have been unable to reach your customer service team for assistance. As a customer, I expect a certain level of communication and support in situations like this, which I have not received from Skinlovers. I would like to request a full refund for my purchase as soon as possible. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but the lack of transparency and customer service has left me feeling extremely upset and frustrated. I have a good-sized shipment to the USA, unfortunately, I had two cream bottles broken with spilled content. Hoped for a better experience so I can order more!

Shipment to USA took longer than expected (10 days from shipment to receipt). It was not clear at the time of ordering that the items would ship from Portugal. The order process was in English on the web site, but confirmation emails and tracking with CTT were in portuguese, also this satisfaction survey page...

Já é a segunda vez que compro algo com vocês. Tudo correu bem, mas a última encomenda chegou com um dos tubos aberto e vazado dentro da caixa. Como foi uma encomenda internacional, e que viaja por muitos dias, sugiro a vocês que embalem separadamente em plástico e façam a selagem do bico da embalagem para que minimize acidentes.
