I was sent a package that was used. The bottles had black smudges on the bottles and the smaller bottles were used. I sent pics and also reached out to your customer service and they declined to believe me. I’m never doing business with your company again!

Hello, I sent an email that one of the 4 bottles was damaged and is unusable. I requested a replacement or refund whatever is fine. My preference is replace the broken items. Received wrong products, marketing products are not the same as the picture in the website (misleading the customer). Contact customer service didn’t resolve or give refund. End up keep few bottles of products that I don’t want. Waste of money.
