The product I ordered has not arrived and more than 15 days ago
Order placed in February 2023 and paid for. Never received it. They do not follow up with their carrier. Since months they say do no not have response, and they do not reimburse me. Do they have claim their carrier? BEWARE they seems to be a scam. Further to Skinlovers reply, I never received a personal email as they say. Do they just want to look nice on Trustpilot or do they have forgotten? I will let you judge,

I usually use Care to Beauty but was please to find that Skin Lovers is a nice alternative. I ordered easily and my items arrived as expected.
The products showed up on time and in great condition. I was able to get a three pack versus having to buy single bottles. I received a nice little extra gift (sunscreen) to try.
The shipping was very fast in USA! I will buy again Vichy products! I recommend it.
