Ordered on the 28th March and still haven’t received the order. So I cannot give feedback on the product as I still don’t have it. As for the delivery, it’s very slow!!!!

Ordering was easy, price was good. Wait time was longer than I expected but didn’t realise the product was coming from overseas. I gave 4 stars based on wait time, but overall a good experience.

It's taking too long to arrive
I ordered Skin Ceuticals Purifying Cleanser Gel 200ml. It has glycolic acid. Instead, I received Simply Clean Gel 195 ml. It has sulfonic acid.
It’s very easy to navigate through the checkout process.. however this time I could see a rise on the prices, they used to be lower. I’d love to see those great offers as in the past

A minha encomenda veio errada . No site tem o produto 50ml e recebo em casa com 20ml. Agradeço que entrem em contacto comigo para resolver o assunto. Se fosse 20ml com o preço que paguei não faria a encomenda por encontrar o produto mais barato em outros sites. Aguardo resposta e ou contacto para resolver a situação . obrigada

My product didn't arrive Update:March 7th, 2024 It still hasn't arrived, they keep blaming the reail service. This is a clearly a SCAM, because they deny to give me my money back. Please do not buy in here!!
