Terrible customer service. I was told my order would be here on the next day deliver. 12 days later still had nothing. Then they told me that my order was out of stock but they had a deliver Thursday and it would be with me no later then Saturday. It’s now Monday evening and still nothing. No email no explanation nothing so have had to go through PayPal for a refund.

colour wasn't even close too grey. emailed to ask to change to blackcharcoal as hopefully they might be a closer match. £15 to return / exchange not a problem but can't quite understand why i have to dismantle the hole stall when its only the seat that needs changing. #logic

Delivery took longer than next day (ordered Thursday and items arrived Wednesday following week) and there was an item missing which was sent quickly. The bar stools are fabulous quality and look great.

We needed new kitchen stools and the ones we found with Simply Bar Stools completely met our requirements. They are good quality, require minimal assembly, look great, are comfy and all at a very affordable price! There was an issue with the delivery but the excellent customer service team resolved that. We are very happy with our purchase.

So pleased I was able to assemble the chairs myself. Not a diy person. My son was well impressed. Found instructions easy to follow. Absolutely love the chairs.

These stools all leather are beautiful. Really comfortable to sit on and the quality is superb.the only thing I would say is measure you table height carefully as mine is a little snug for getting your legs under (purely my fault) as they are so good i may later buy a rising table from them. You never know they may let me know when they have a sale on them. Very very pleasrd

Very happy with the buying experience. The stools are of really good quality and were assembled very quickly. The only slight niggle was that they promised next day delivery whereas in actual fact they arrived about 3 days later with no notification that they had been dispatched.

At this point I am just giving feedback on delivery which was great as was the ordering process. We have had a look in the box and they look really nice . Just waiting for kitchen to be fitted and they will be a great addition.
