We were so disappointed that we couldn't visit the Edinburgh Playhouse for a show (travelling from Liverpool), due to my dear wife having a fall. I contacted ATG Tickets who confirmed that I had purchased insurance for under £10 at the time of booking - I contacted the insurance company & filled in & submitted the short form on 07th Dec & received the full tickets refund on the 10th Dec which is extremely impressive. I will continue to add this insurance to all the shows that we book going forward. Absolutely delighted with the service we have received, 1st Class, thank you.

Very worthwhile product and service
I thought I was going to face a battle to get a refund on my tickets as you hear so many stories about insurance policies being difficult to navigate. I was so wrong! I submitted my application (which was easy online - drag and drop documents), and I received my full refund a few days later! Very impressed!
