From the telephone conservation to filling out the form for the refund, I have never had an easier transaction. If only other refunds for when things go wrong was this smooth the world would be better place.
I am so glad I purchased this option. Didn’t think I’d need it, but I did and it couldn’t have been easier to navigate…even when I messed up and entered an incorrect account number with a missing digit! SMB caught my human error, sent a secured way for me to correct it and my refund was back to me in less than a week. Great piece of mind. Well worth the price!

Overall, once the process was approved I received my money quickly. The overall process though is quite antiquated. Why not just refund the original form of payment, no instead you have to go through this process of providing your bank information? This created additional questions and delays in overall processing. Again, got my refund so I am pleased, but the process was unnecessarily complicated.

Didn't get the full refund but am guessing you don't get the fees back so that's fine. Money returned so easily but a chew on trying to get the money in the first place which I think it's ridiculous
