I am having an extension and new bathroom so I ordered a shower and vanity unit with a toilet. They came in good time but had a problem with the vanity units but were able to exchange or have a discount. I chose to exchange and this was done smoothly. I am really very happy with the customer service experience to date. I can't wait for the building work to be complete and have the bathroom installed. I'll do an update review when the bathroom is finished.

Well where shall i start. Item got dumped in to my garden with no one there to sign for. The bath was faulty and the product was damaged, the taps which was very expensive started to bubble after a year and a half. The customer service is terrible, i took loads of photos and they took no responsibility for it at all. What makes it worse is this warranty they offer, its a lie. Avoid at all cost. Amazing customer service. Ordered a new bath and fittings, etc which arrived next working day but had to return as was unable to remove the old bath without damaging the tiles which were still in excellent condition. At every stage the customer service was excellent with every phone call and email answered quickly. They collected with their own courier and the refund was processed quickly. Recommended.

I brought two toilets but was not very happy with the toilet seat quality. No quibbles at all, they offered me a discount straight away. I have now ordered some more items from them. Sometimes things go wrong but it is how you put them right - for that, I would give Royal Bathrooms 6 stars if I could. Jenny

I ordered a vanity unit and sink which arrived promptly. I thought the handle to the door was missing and contacted royal bathrooms who responded immediately to advise to check inside unit, but they would send a replacement if it could not be found. I did indeed find it and was very impressed with their speed and quality of after sales service. Thank you.

Great price and excellent customer service when several days after receiving the goods we noticed an incorrect part had been shipped. A phone call and a quick exchange of email to show what we had received in error and a correct replacement was with us within 48hrs. Thank you.

Excellent customer service and prompt detailed email communication. Which saved me making an error.
