I purchased several items of bathroom furniture which were delivered on time , and all excellent quality throughout ,Had a fault with the soft close toilet seat which after contacting Royal bathrooms a new seat arrived in less than 48 hours want to give more than 5 stars well done Royal Bathrooms Many Thanks Keith

Very disappointed with shower enclosure & tray. The after sales customer service was rude and unhelpful. I ordered a curved walk-in shower enclosure and tray, which was delivered quickly and appeared to be ok. But when it was fitted, the recess/hole where the shower screen support foot fits, was far bigger that the support foot itself. I queried this with Royal Bathrooms because my fitter said the support foot must be the wrong one. A replacement was sent to me, but it was exactly the same as the original. The bathroom fitter then rang Royal Bathrooms and spoke to a very rude man who insisted there was only one size of support foot and it didn’t matter that the hole was bigger and would have water sitting in it. His response was “I’ve sold hundreds of these and only you have complained”. The supports at the top of the shower enclosure were flimsy and barely long enough. Had the shower tray not already been fitted and tile round, I would have returned the whole order and purchased elsewhere. So I now have a lovely new bathroom, with stagnant water surrounding the support foot! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Not pleasant people to deal with. I wish I could add photos to show exactly what I mean.

Royal bathrooms served us well , Great quality ,Great service and delivery on all items within days and on time. They proved to be very cost competitive on items prices and delivery. Unlike Victorian plumbing who let me down on many aspects thankfully Royal bathrooms saved the day.

What a super company to deal with. We ordered bathroom furniture and a sink from them. The delivery was quick and the furniture arrived fully assembled and packaged strongly. The quality is excellent and it has been a pleasure to fit. One of the doors had a mark in the front under the protective film, probably a manufacturing issue. I contacted them on Friday afternoon around 3pm and a replacement door arrived at my house 09.15 on Monday. You could not wish for better customer service on excellent products.

Needing to ask a question regarding 1 of the 4 items I required I tried phoning the first three companies on my list only to find none of them accepted calls. I then found Royal who answered my call immediately and although unable to supply my problem item told me exactly how to find it which I promptly did. I then ordered the remaining items from Royal who delivered promptly and efficiently. How refreshing to find a company you are able to speak to!

Poor Customer Service. Purchased a counter top sink unit. Plumber said ‘not fit for the purpose’ - too high for children/short adults!! Telephoned to ask to swap for inset sink. Rude staff. Said I had to email - did twice!! NO RESPONSE!!! Small company - 8 staff - with big website profile!!! Do not believe the 365 days exchange!! In fact, do not buy.

Great company and highly recommended! Part of the order was not as advertised due to a supplier issue. Royal Bathrooms sorted this and didn’t even require the incorrect part returning. There were unavoidable delays on the replacement part due to the worldwide shipping issues we are all familiar with at the moment but Royal Bathrooms kept me fully informed and the order was eventually completed perfectly. Thanks guys!

My experience with Royal bathrooms has not been great. I selected a specific order date as I wasn't available to take the items sooner. Despite this RB's courier tried to persuade my to take deliver earlier. RB then changed couriers and the items didnt arrive when they said and the tracking information was incorrect. When the items arrived the WC pan was of very poor quality with a large crack in the base (looked like a manufacturing fault) and the sink unit they sent to go with the vanity unite was of the wrong size so it looks like no one checked the order before sending it out. They have not taken responsibility and told me its a manufacturing problem and they will take the issue up with them. And have now advised me to wait 3-5 days to get it resolved.

Awful service. Ordered a Turin vanity unit. It arrived late. When it arrived it was damaged. I got a replacement a week later, it was also damaged. I gave up and told them to collect the lot. They took another week to collect it and it took another week to get my refund. I had to pay the plumber even though he couldn't fit the unit. I have been without my bathroom for weeks because of their incompetence. Then they are now trying to manipulate me and pay me money to remove my negative review on their site! Just awful.

I ordered a Turin vanity unit, incorporating a basin, from Royal Bathrooms along with a waste trap that was flagged to go with the basin. All was delivered on time with good communication of date and time of delivery so that I did not have to wait in all day. However when my plumber opened the vanity unit it was damaged. Customer services responded to my email very quickly and sent a second unit a week later with same communication process. That was also damaged. A third was sent 3 days later which my plumber fitted. Although the third item was not damaged, the drawer in the vanity unit does not open and close as well as I would like and the waste trap recommended did not fit. Royal Bathrooms have since agreed to refund the waste trap.

Great value products. Great service. I ordered a shower screen and flipper screen set and it arrived as promised. The product is great unfortunately my ceiling slopes slightly meaning the screen didn’t fit the whole way. I asked if I could send it back. We only opened one screen and with a courier charge to me of £50 they have accepted the return and promised a refund for the rest. I’m happy with that.

I placed an order with this company via Ebay. They were happy to take my money - my card was charged straight away. They are not supposed to take payment until they are ready to ship the item. They then cancelled my order - but said it was at my own request - this is simply not true - I did NOT cancel my own order. Why lie? I under stand that they do not ship to my postcode, but surely the time to say that was prior to accepting payment. They will now have my money for at least a week . They should not be allowed to do this. People on a budget simply cannot wait this amount of time.

Lovely, affordable bathroom furniture. Ordered numerous products, all good quality and solid. Ordered and arrived within 3 days. Had a couple of issues with some items (nothing major), issue was resolved within the hour of contacting them and all collected and replaced within the week. Could not have asked for anything more or better service. Will definitely use them again for another project.
