Ordered a Wall hung Bathroom Vanity Unit & Basin at a very good price. Unfortunately the item arrived with some very slight damage to the inside of a drawer and a slight imperfection to the basin. We could not wait for a replacement so had to install the unit as it was however the customer service we received when we notified Royal Bathrooms was outstanding. Despite being the weekend they went above and beyond to assist and responded to all messages immediately. Whilst it was unfortunate that the unit is slightly damaged, this could happen to anyone and I feel sure based on other reviews, that this is most unusual but to be treated with the courtesy and respect that we have received is incredibly rare these days and I have no hesitation in recommending Royal Bathrooms for good value and outstanding aftersales care!!

Rubbish products and the provide fake a warranty, when you try to get a problem fixed they dont even reply.

I made a mistake by ordering wrong products which I realized some days after when I tried to fix it. I was so anxious about how to explain the problem and to prove situation over the phone. However these people working in the support team are excellent in dealing with my problem. The only thing they asked for me to do is an email with some photographs which I did right away. Within 30mins I received the kindest reply I have ever experienced that they are going to make a refund and arrange a courier collection as well. What a marvelous after sales service they provide! I am so grateful for their unconditional trust in my explanation. I strongly recommend this company to anyone for purchasing bathroom products.

Poor quality items and not interested in issuing replacements for manufacturers faults. Passes blame, seems very ignorant and rude.

The original toilet seat wouldnt sit up when open and wouldnt soft close. However the replacement had different firiings which were much more substantial and the seat now works as it should

I bought a toilet with a separate cistern, unfortunately i wasn’t able to have them, due to fitting constraints, Royal bathrooms customer service were really helpful, i was able to buy another toilet and they picked up the one i couldn’t use for free. The original delivery was Wednesday and my replacement came Friday. I received super service and they replied very quickly to my emails. Would recommend them to you.

Customer experience superb. In my case I had an issue with a manufacturing defect and the Royal dealt with it swiftly and without fuss. Products ship quickly and Royal is very responsive to issues, often replying to emails in minutes - this is what Internet shopping should be like.

Ordered a toilet which arrived in the correct box but the cistern was not as the box described. It was a different model and did not fit. Royal bathrooms.co.uk response was for us to send the whole item ( 3 packages back), refunded our money then we had to re-order. 6 weeks later new item arrives but it is the wrong model. As plumber already here we decided to fit it anyway. I telephoned Royalbathrooms to explain their error, they insisted that I had to send an email and pictures. Did as requested and explained in the email that we had fitted the toilet, their response ‘we will arrange a collection and full refund. Emailed them again to say the toilet was fitted. Their response, ‘delivery arranged as per our last email’ So they ignored my comments that twice in a row the boxes delivered contained the correct item. They insisted on an email which they clearly did not read and then did not reply to my response. I am a firm believer in praising where it is required. This is definitely not one of those times. They were argumentative, made no effort to listen and did not read what I emailed to them. I have given them just one star as it was not possible to complete the form with no stars!! Absolutely appalling customer service

Fantastic Service. Called about a small mark on a bathroom unit I had bought 11 months prior to calling. They got straight back to me , I sent some photos and within 4 days a new unit arrived. From my experience, Highly recommend Royal Bathrooms.

Okay this is my experience with Royal Bathrooms although the furniture hasn't been fitted by plumber yet ! Weekend before last i found what I wanted online from a company called Royal Bathrooms but some of the reviews on Facebook worried me a little so I contacted both Royal Bathrooms and a customer who had left a comment who didn't complete her order because of the reviews It just shows you how reviews can stop you purchasing ! After speaking to Royal Bathrooms i went ahead with my order Placing my order was easy I also used a discount code they had running at the time . From start to finish i was kept in the picture about delivery with a phone all day before even though it was a Sunday ! I paid for standard delivery and my order was received in a couple of days The items were packaged well but I had a couple of minor issues with the toilet unit I emailed Royal Bathrooms and sent photos which to be fair I don't think they fully understood the faults but i wasn't happy so the item was replaced no arguing The new unit was delivered in a couple of days with the faulty unit collected at the same time Furniture was of good quality along with toilet pan and basin Items were packaged well with corner protectors to protect those getting bashed wrapped in bubble wrap and then packed in cardboard. You can also follow your purchase online just create an account on their website. From start to finish it has been a pleasant experience and cant wait to get it fitted this week Let's hope that goes as well as ordering/delivery Things can go wrong with items purchased online all I can say is be patient and polite when talking to these companies and hopefully you'll get a positive experience as I did I would have no issues shopping with Royal Bathrooms in the future

Recently bought a back to wall toilet and cistern. Goods arrived within a few days and couriers delivered on time. Slight problem with the cistern meant I had to contact them over the weekend. Communication with them has been easy and the issue solved without any fuss. Happy to recommend the company and the quality of the products. Will definitely use again.

Ordered a new toilet online, which was a smooth and easy experience and delivery was quick and on time. Unfortunately when fitted we had a leak, which was a manufacturer of fault (hairline crack). Emailed pics to Royal Bathrooms and within minutes they emailed back to authorise a exchange (which again was a smooth and easy process).

Bought a shower cabinet from Royal Bathrooms. Did not notice on delivery there was damage to the packaging. Once opened later to install it, it turned out there was damage to the frame. Got in touch with the Royal Bathrooms Support email and they were straight back to me to resolve the issue. I advised what was required and they even checked back with me that I was requesting all I needed. The parts arrived promptly and the cabinet looks great. Equally, the price was right and I cannot fault the product or service from Royal Bathrooms. Well done!
