I recently purchase a wall hung w.c with frame and cistern from Royal Bathrooms. Unfortunately, when my plumber came to fit the flush button plate, one of the buttons was faulty. I rang RB who asked for a video showing the problem. This done, they contacted the manufacturer who agreed to send out a replacement in 3-5 days. RB considered this to be unsatisfactory, as did I (my plumber would have left by then) so sent one from their stock for next day delivery. Their response was very prompt and this was also the case when I subsequently enquired about spare parts for potential future use. They provided the model number I needed and the phone number of the manufacturer. I have not used the w.c yet but am pleased with its appearance and the competitive price. My plumber is impressed with the construction of the frame. Just a tip though: it is considerably taller than others I have which meant re- configuring the sanitary ware, otherwise the frame would project above the window . I recommend checking the dimensions before buying, if this could also be an issue for you.

A well designed bathroom cupboard with sink was purchased, sales person was very helpful over the phone. Item was sent on a prompt overnight delivery. I’m very impressed with the design and quality of the product.

I would like to thank Royal Bathrooms for their exceptional customer service. I accidentally ordered a shower enclosure with the wrong size shower tray - completely my error. RB replaced the tray with a larger one at no extra cost and with no quibbles - even though the size I needed wasn't even an option with the original package purchased! Communications all along were prompt and friendly. I really can't fault the service I received and would definitely recommend Royal Bathrooms.

Really great service, there was aa slight issue with my shower tray and although it was slight baking defect and missed in the pre checks it wasn't covered by the manufacturer, as it had been installed. but the guys here at royal replaced the tray for me regardless while they battle it out with the company. I find that really noble of them and really appreciate the help and communication. i would highly recommend them and would shop here now again in the future as i trust them and they actually took care of me and understood my concerns with the fault the first time. i didn't have to have a massive argument or stress on the on the phone and you can possibly in the situation say the manufacturer has said no and left it at that. so hats off to royal bathrooms for sticking up for the customer

The process of return was handled very quickly and I was really impressed by the customer service received. No fault or damage of product received, just a change in preference.

Three deliveries and three different baths, every time something wrong or damaged. The shower screen was fine and finally the bath panels were ok but yet again the bath was full of defects , this was supposed to have been checked before delivery! Then on the final attempt they decided to refuse me the right to the goods I ordered in a useable condition redelivered again and instructed their driver to take all their goods back, this was I was too fussy apparently!! After nearly two weeks of being messed around over deliveries and endless emails I was refunded in the end. Total joke and unprofessional.

I did purchase from Royal Bathrooms last year "Cesar Short Projection Close Coupled Rimless Toilet and Soft Close Seat with Cistern". They offer very competitive prices with professional customer service. I had a few issues with the order but they sorted it out in no time. Their warranty also is a genuine one where I had a fault a year later and they ordered a replacement. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered from this company as their prices were so competitive. Since ordering I have emailed them to get a copy invoice and again regarding missing items I had with a toilet I'd ordered. On both occasions they have replied immediately and dealt with the problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I purchased a shower quadrant which had damaged packaging and a part was damaged also. Contacted the seller and had a quick response from them and excellent feedback, They kept in contact with myself and forwarded the parts. Excellent.

We ordered several major bathroom items from Royal Bathrooms, unfortunately we had a bit of a toilet seat malfunction but after contacting Royal Bathrooms it was sorted extremely quickly, first class!

Delivery and customer service was good but disappointed with the quality of the shower enclosure. Checked the goods on it's arrival as much as I could, they seemed ok. It was not till it was being fitted that dent was noticed, The enclosure is flimsy considering the price.

We fitted a wall hung toilet pan, which subsequently had a manufacturing defect. The response,service and speed with which the problem has been resolved had been nothing short of exceptional. We would seriously recommend Royal Bathrooms and will use them again.

What can I say……exceptional service! Truly, Royal Bathrooms have restored my faith! I made an error when ordering a shower cubicle etc for my elderly parents, on realisation of this I contacted RB on a Sunday morning and even tho they don’t actually open on Sundays, they answered my email and corrected my order! I sincerely felt that they care about their customers and I honestly cannot thank them enough, fantastic service!

I needed a short projection toilet and vanity unit, ordered with them and selected express delivery as I had builders on site. The items were delivered on time, was as described and really i had a good experience and will shop with Royal Bathroom again.
