It's a really good website, it really helped me make my first resume and I appreciate it a lot and will definitely come back here and make more lol but one thing I took off one star is bc why do I have to pay tf I'm obvsly broke that's why I'm making a resume to find a job

Absolutely love the templates and concept. An issue in there is spacing, what you see on their page does not print out the same. Pay attention before printing out and turning in your resume

charges you extra for downloads - rip off

Very difficult to format resume to fit to one page. Couldn’t verify it fit until printing it out. And was charged 8 times for this and still didn’t get it to fit one page correctly.

Unable to download or email the resume I just paid for!! What a waste of effort!! Terrible.

Edit: Company resolved issue and gave me a refund and fixed the issue I was having as well as replied to my original posting. Changing my review to 5 stars. Resume creation was good, customer support did not resolve a problem I was having but they did offer some help. I did the discounted week trial. Creating the resume was relatively straight forward and came with great automated helpers to make your copy sound more professional. It was easy to change between design styles and colors as well. I did experience trouble when I went to print/email/download my resume. Even after paying for the week account, the website kept trying to charge 0.50 per transaction. I contacted support and after 15 minutes or so they did email me the resume which was great but when I went to modify and send it back to myself I was being charged again. The agent said they didn't know why I was being charged. I got an email stating a case had been made and would be resolved in 24 hours. It's been over 24 hours now, I received a case closed email but the issue hasn't been resolved. If you need a quick solution to edit a resume the service is good just be aware there might be added fees for each edit you do.

Terrible site, they will charge you just to download your resume. What are you going to do with a resume you cant even download?

It was easy loved everything but didn't print out here way it should've and spent extra 50 cents for another copy that didn't print right .

Loved everything about ResumeHelp, until it came to downloading my resume. I paid for three downloads and three times my surname was lowercase even though in the original it was not. Either they have a bug that needs sorting out, or this is a fleecing situation. Either way it left a really sour taste. Will not be using them again soon. Too bad, because it is a great idea.

love the template and it finally allowed me to put it all on one page. love that you can make a new resume by using the other ones. overall a great website. only thing is that it should be a one time payment instead of a subscription. I just needed it to make two resumes, that wont take me a month. so its extra work to go back and unsubscribe
