You have to be charge every time you want to print or email your resume after you paying for subscription.
It is listed as a free resume template, but as soon as you spend your time to make it, you have to pay to print, download or email. I sucked it up and paid so I could print it, only to find a mistake. I corrected it, and so I then had to pay an additional 50 cents to re-print. Really?

The program is great for creating a resume. Would recommend, however I would also not recommend because in no way is it free. I spent three hours making it just to be told it’s $2.50 to email/download it to myself and another 0.50 to print it. Then it’s $12 a month subscription. False information. Won’t use again

I spent 30 minutes creating this resume only to find out I had to pay to print it off each time!
I only paid for the subscription to get my resume as a word document. Yet it will only allow me to download it as a pdf html or .txt file.

There needs to be a print preview. The size shown in the browser doesn't match the size in the final printed resume. Very frustrating and disappointing.
After I paid $2.90 to have access to my resume it still charged me to download my resume each time and print as well. It’s a rip off. When I downloaded it the first time for $0.50, it showed up as two pages when online it showed as one, I then edited it, took some things off, made the font compact and it showed a great amount of space on the bottom so I thought “cool it’ll download as one page now.” Upon downloading it again for another $0.50, it left a huge blank space at the bottom of page one but still unnecessarily added a second page for information that very much fit on the first. I am very upset that I even spent money on this. You’re better off downloading free templates online and doing it on your actual computer than this website stealing your money.
