This is pretty much a scam. They make you set up your resume before you can do anything else. Once you have set it up you have to pay for it. Then if you want to email it, print it, edit it, anything you want to do with it is an additional charge.
I experienced really good Customer Service today when I called to actually cancel my service, which the representative asked if I wanted to continue my service with a special offer. I decided to go ahead and continue my service. Thank you very much for everything.

Dear ResumeHelp, I spoke with Luis and he was very helpful and offered me support. I was searching for my account because I wanted to cancel my plan. I gave him (2) email addresses, but he could not find my account. He asked me prompting questions so that he could do further checking. He asked for the last (4) digits as well as the the first (6) digits of my credit card and he located my account. He informed that my account was under the email account of the person that I created a resume for. Thereafter, he offered me an affordable plan of $9.99 and refunded the charges of $24.99.
