Very unhappy that I build my resume and you charge to even email me a copy or to download a copy on to my own computer. I get it if you want to charge to make it or use templates but to save my own resume seems outrages.

Help me a lot totally recommend

I had to make a few edits to my resume, and every time I downloaded and/or printed, I was charged 50 cents. The issue is that what I saw on my screen didn't always show the same on the download or printed version (e.g., my street address looked perfect on the web version, but when I downloaded or printed, a few letters would "wrap" to the next line (see example below): 985 Damonte Ranch Parkway (looked good on web version) 985 Damonte Ranch Parkw ay (how it printed/downloaded).....due to this, I ended up taking out the address (after several download/print attempts), but was charged for about 10 different versions. I don't mind paying for the service; it would just be nice if what was shown on the web designed resume is what actually printed/downloaded to PDF.

Lots of issues with the template but it was ok for getting me started.

I loved the pre-written descriptions for my job that was easy to add to my resume and cover letter. However, it was very tricky and took a long time to convert into a word document. I ended up cutting and pasting the document because when downloaded, it would not recognize the templates or wording. I had to create my own template.

This site does not have a decent editing software. The preview on the site does not accurately represent how the resume will download. Not to mention they make you pay to both access the tool and then add on hidden charges to download. These two issues combined lead you to needing to redownload the resume multiple times to fix issues with it. After wasting about $20 I decided it would be easier to simply make my own in MS Word. Would NOT reccomend.
