Huge waste of time for garbage result. Pay the money only to find out that there is no option to download the resume I created in Word. PDF format is completely useless to me, and there is no option to convert to Word by saving as or any of the recommendations in the "community." If someone takes the time to write up their resume in your tool, and actually pays the fee for your falsely advertised "free" resume, the least you can do is provide options to download in whatever format the customer wishes!
I just recently started to work and I do have to say that using this tool was great, easy, and very simple to use.
The layout and help building the resume was great. But the cost is ridiculous. Subscription monthly to access one or two resumes and 50 cents every time I need to email it. Crazy considering costs were not mentioned until after I spent over an hour typing out my resume. Maybe mention the cost before people spend time on it.

I have not had to write a resume in over 10 years and this website really helped me to update my resume and make it easy to read. The tips and assist filling in sections made it easier for me to talk about myself - i have always had a hard time "selling" myself :) Thank you for assisting someone who has been out of job search for a while get back in the game :)

I haven’t created a resume for 40 years. This ‘fill in the blanks’ template was very helpful.
Will not be using again
I loved the way Resume Help gave suggestions on what to add to my resume and cover letters. The only thing I did not like is that I could not fully fix the spacing on my cover letter myself.

I paid for the 14 day access then when I downloaded my resume and cover letter it charged me .50 cents each... what am I paying for with the 14 day access then??

thought it was free, went through entire process, had charges at the end. Also had to cancel autocharges. Not much better than the google doc i was was using tbh.
