I just didn't like it, like how am I gonna pay for a membership and then not even get what I wanted? Like your telling me I had to pay for that and them 99 cents every time I want to print it? no ma'am.

Overall good service. Very helpful guiding you through the process. Main complaint was final formatting. Had to adjust spacing and margins repeatedly to get the page break in the right place. It would look right on saving, but going back in later (or printing at .50 a pop) it wouldn't be as it looked when saved. Repeated this a dozen times, all bad results. Gave up and retyped it in Word. Second minor complaint were bullets looked fuzzy after printing.

I'm so happy with my resume. Through the EASY streamlined process, I was able to create a modern and professional-looking resume in literally no time at all. I am so impressed with the auto-suggestions that you can just add in at every step of the way. They are so relevant. I have never been so happy with my resume. It was so quick to put together also. You can choose the color of some of the main features too. It looks so polished. You can customize it, but what really helped me was how the format came together so easily and quickly. The best resume builder ever, and for a minimal fee. If you already generally know what you want to put in your resume, it is so quick, and as previously mentioned, the auto-suggested additions are so relevant AND customizable. They are truly professional and well thought out. You can easily and quickly customize them for your own personal requirements. Very pleased with the process. I have never enjoyed preparing my resume, but with your process, it went smoothly and it was so simple. It was FUN to use. It was interesting, to say the least. I was able to download the pdf, .txt, and .docx formats.

downloadable resumes should be in a word format not in a pdf format. very poor format you guys give. cannot edit properly on word.

the subscription is misleading, it cost additional money to print. Also no print preview before paying. Poor format

You shouldn’t show that a resume is going to be one way in a preview (one page, neatly organized) and deliver something completely different in the downloads AND charge me for it every time I download. I hope you’re happy making a terrible product for people who are actually in need.
