The Rentokill Annual Pest Inspection was undertaken at our home November 7th. The Rentokill representative David Mowery carried out the work in a most professional manner, showing thoroughness and knowledge in all aspects. He took pains to explain various aspects of the inspection and why certain areas were at greater risk/ different findings between dwellings/ signs to be aware of, etc. His manner was pleasant and explanations more than adequate for all queries. We understood the procedure re final Service Report and this came very promptly after the Service visit. The Inspection gave us confidence that the Rentokill officers had strong abilities, a good attitude to work, and a pride in their Company.

Ron is great , and its amazing how often the inspections come around. I'm sure if i was doing it myself i would forget.

Working in a retail store in Melbourne's CBD we are prone to getting a lot of mice, but thanks to David's efficiency we have barely any mice. He has directed us in how to minimize small gaps within the store to stop the mice entering. When he comes to do his routine inspection of our site we are always greeted with a positive attitude. He has a lot of passion for the work he does. Keep up the great work David!!

Although expensive and something we would rather not have to spend money on, we always make sure our annual inspection is carried out and any action needed is completed. Our technician today was Matt. He turned up early and worked hard for at least 5 hours. He was very careful (my husband watched him!) every step of the way. He also did a great job of patching up the holes in the concrete. We had a bad termite infestation nearly 20 years ago and have relied on Adelaide Pest Control/Rentokill to advise and act in the best way possible to prevent this happening again.

Great communication

I asked Rentokil to come and investigate a smell of something decomposing in my roof. Unfortunately the smell had dissipated before the technician arrived. I explained that to him, however he felt (as did I) that it'd be safer if he had a look in the roof cavity just in case. He went into the cavity,found the remains of an unfinished bird's nest. He came down and told me he thought whatever had been there had fallen down the wall cavity. He then treated the area with a pyrethrum powder to kill any mites or other pests that may be there. He also de-odourised the area. During this time the technician was friendly, polite and explained his actions and gave me the reasons why he was carrying them out. I felt his service was of the highest quality and would recommend Michael and Rentokil to any prospective customer
