Our pest control and termite technician, "american" Dave was really friendly. Punctual, came here as scheduled. He explained me what he has to do and what kind of chemicals he was using. Exceeded my expectation.

Very bad service, super rude! especially the commercial consultant (J**e),hang up on her client on the phone when her client want confirm the service time, have never seen this kind of service, definitely unacceptable!
