The work done was exactly what had to be done and could have involved big dollars down the track if not nipped in the bud now. I do not have involvement with the Technician but I deal with a lady in the office called "Sue" and have done for many many years. This lady should be given a pay increase and a medal as the main reason I have stuck with Rentokil is because of her and I have 6 rental houses and you do them all. She has the magic touch and knows how to relate to clients and I am sure that I am not the only one that would attest to this.

Our technician (David) was amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable! Being new home owners, he explained everything to us about the termite inspection and pest spray and answered all our questions. He was also very considerate of our pets, and where they needed to be for the different steps of the pest spray and inspection.
