it was an emergency call so i contacted service technician to do the service, as we found two dead mice inside the cheese storage area. technician responded very quick and removed the dead mice and suggested to do fix the gaps near back door of the packaging area.

Dave was friendly and helpful. He provided lots of information about what he was doing and did a thorough job. He was also considerate of household pets while completing the job.

All work completed to our satisfaction, very pleasant people to deal with. We have been with you for many years now with no complaints.

I had someone out to treat for spiders and cockroaches. Although not even a week or so later spiders were present again. I’ve paid money to have treatments done yet they don’t seem to be doing much.

Onsite technician and service manager are very helpful onsite and ensure that every area has been checked, since coming on board we have had very minimal issues

I’ve been with Rentokil since 2012 and also my home is with Rentokil. Salvador was looking after my old shop in Upper Mt Gravatt and he’s so thorough that I don’t have any pest issues. This new shop I didn’t think twice about getting Rentokil to continue the service. But I was really unhappy with the service. What was included in the quote was asked to be paid (ie rat cover) The sales person are really hard up for sales but really bad with following up I was thinking of moving to another pest control company and wanted to change my home pest control too. Rentokil you’re really lucky that I’m staying. Do not send anyone else except Rick or Salvador. I’m extremely happy to get Salvador again. I know that my shop will be well taken care of by him. Please assign Salvador to Dapur Dahlia from now on
