The only downside, which is not a function of your actual service at the house is that I was rung 3 times AFTER I had booked the service and I was contacted in writing numerous times. So save some energy and get your protocols right.

The report we got about the termites was illegible. I was told a barrier would be done out the back to stop the termites but that didnt happen. The area affected was sprayed. The report was not sent to our strata management, no follow up was done and treatment for termites was done over 4 weeks after the inspection. On the invoice, no mention was made that the termite damage was external to the house. Appalling customer service
I have used Rentokil in multiple venues and they are always great to deal with. Wilfred has been our tech for a while, and I have had him at other venue as well. He is always prompt and very clear on his reports and gives great advice on how to remedy issues that may arise. Rentokil offer a great service and Wilfred always does it with a smile. Highly recommended.
