We have been using Rentokil Pest Control (formerly Exopest) since July 2003 when a termite barrier was originally installed at our premises. Since then, we have had yearly inspections carried out and top ups of the barrier when required. We have always found Rentokil employees to be courteous and efficient. Our last inspection was carried out on 23 October 2019 by David Mowery. David was very thorough in his inspection and very pleasant to deal with. We would recommend Rentokil to relatives and friends for their termite management.

Really friendly and efficient service technicians

The technician, Drew, did not discuss with me the possibility of him accessing and/or inspecting the roof space of the house. Drew did report verbally and discussed with me nearly every other aspect of his inspection and of the maintenance activities that he performed, thanks Drew. I have not seen an electronic report like I got this year before today and would like to point out an error in the early part, the house building frontage faces EAST towards Toronto Street, not north. I was disappointed to receive a text on Oct. 1st at 13.30pm which offered me a "welcome back" special offer which was not then available to me when I tried to activate it.
