AVOID REGETTA - Regetta does not understand customer service or after sales also do not understand the value of recommendations and repeat customers. I would not trust what they say. They broke four promises. It would be a long review if I was to give detail. When querying the delivery of the furniture with the order the saleman words were " if you do not release the driver I will be sending the police" hello you are the one who has send the wrong table and parasol five months later after summer is gone when we were promised the table in May 2107.

Awful. I only wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I can only assume any of the very few 5 star reviews are from friends and family of the company. I'd give them no stars if I could. You WON'T be any different. Don't bother trying to ring customer services. They'll only provide unhelpful advise, be ridiculously rude and hang up. It's such a shame it's the only place Gregg Wallace sells his furniture. Even this is not enough for me to use them again.

We brought a complete garden furniture set from Regatta. The whole experience has been fantastic from buying it when we got 1st class help and customer service. Updates on the delivery and even the delivery company they used were fantastic. They even delivered it into my garden for me. Since then i have reccomended them to my friends and family who have had the same experience with Regatta. Highly reccomend and keep up the good work

I echo many others and say please don't even consider buying from this company ever. I attended the Ideal Home Show in April and saw the large exhibit. I purchased table and chairs and it was estimated I would get them by the end of April. I eventually received my first order at the end of May where the table and chairs were not matching. The next delivery that was arranged was cancelled on the day and 10 weeks from the order I finally had received the correct order. Also bear in mind they do not answer you emails, phones calls or website queries and their customer services is probably the worst I have ever experienced.

The most horrendous company I have ever dealt with. They never return your calls. When you call back they make you repeat the whole story again. I received furniture with two cushions missing! This has been going on for months. The Ideal Home Show needs to drop this company as it's very damaging g to their brand. Awaful please don't buy from this company if you want a hassle free purchase. I am now having to spend £140:00 for a company to make the cushions. This was anything but a bargain!

We purchased garden furniture at the Ideal Home Show and whilst delivery was delayed, the service we have achieved has been exceptional. very polite and helpful staff (including the delivery guys). I would recommend them without hesitation.

Do not buy anything from this company! Bought online through a company called Outside Edge Garden Furniture and looked at some of the reviews on Amazon, which looked amazing. However, it is not outside edge that supply, it is a company called Regatta Furniture which was a fiasco from start to finish. Had to chase delivery as we heard nothing from them. Initially it seemed like they didn't even know about our order and kept me handing on the phone for ages, then said they could deliver a week later. The evening before it was due for delivery they left a voicemail message to say it had been put on the wrong transport and wouldn't be coming. Had rearranged my day to wait in!!! Then I had to call them the next day as they didn't return my voicemail message and lady was very abrupt and even said when I asked when she could get it to me, ' I can't put it in a car and drive it all the way from Essex'. Appalling attitude and when I asked for compensation for all the hassle they said no. Wish I had known that it is not Outside Edge that supply this furniture, and read the reviews about Regatta before we bought.

So on the 23rd of April we visìted regatta and purchased a Greg wallace 150 cm table with fire and ice pit, 6 matching chairs and cushions and a pistachio cantilever. We were told 2 - 3 weeks delivery, a month later nothing! We rang the store to be told there was a hold up and our furniture would be another 3 weeks by a rather sarcastic ubrupt salesman. On the 14th June our furniture finally arrived, we had been asked if we minded an 'upgrade' on the chairs which were not Greg Wallace and alot lighter than the original chairs, not in my opinion an 'upgrade' at all, but we'd waited so long we would have accepted them. Next was the pistachio Cantilever which was out of stock so we were sent a beige one instead, again the colour was acceptable so we thought oh well thats just as nice. So last but not least we open the box containing the table.... which looks very small.. and it is the table is 120cm . So all in all the only thing we were sent that was actually what we ordered were the cushions!! Well done Regatta we will be returning the lot! APALLING SERVICE!

I also purchased a 10 seater oval table with ice and fire pit, i was also told delivery will be by end of may, so i rang today to confirm and guess what ? yes they now say end of july, terrible service from what is supposed to be a trusted company, i am also after some compensation but no joy as yet, leave well alone.

Ordered our Greg Wallace corner sofa with stool and fire pit table from regatta at ideal home March 2017. Quoted 6/8 weeks delivery. Spent a fortune on new decking area ready for my 50th birthday party ready for the furniture. We had to ring them to confirm delivery they said no it will be first week in June !!?? SO disappointed ! Rang them to confirm this weeks delivery they confirmed... Only to call us back and tell us end of July !!!! Unacceptable !!!! Summer will be over if they quoted july I'm March we would never have ordered it !! We want our £2000 back but they not answering phone or replying to emails !!! Do not buy from this company you have been warned if I can stop one person going through this then I've helped !

wish I'd read this site before ordering from Regatta. Ordered a £800 gazebo at the Ideal Home exhibition after speaking to at least 3 people from the company as I needed it to be delivered before I specific date as we were going on holiday, told this wouldn't be a problem. Needless to say, it didn't arrive and I was offered a date during my holiday! Finally agreed a new delivery date, asked for an early drop off, no contact at all during the day despite being told that the driver would contact us in advance. Gazebo finally arrived at 16.30 in the afternoon, so we waited in all day and lost money for nothing. Curtain tie back hooks are missing but I'm not going to contact the company again, once they've got your money they just don't care. I got responses to my emails but they made no reference to my complaint or the fact that there own representatives had agreed that we could get the gazebo delivered before the date we needed. Very poor customer service.

Purchase over £5,000 in a selection of products which were required to be delivered to both Christchurch and Hornchurch.The quality was excellent and we had looked at a number of suppliers before purchasing from Regatta. Delivery was on the date provided and we we kept advised of the progress at all time.In all the products and the treatment we received from all of the staff made our purchase a pleasure.

Made several request for a replacement sleeve for the Umbrella stand When it arrived it was still a cheap plastic product which lets down the expensive table and six chairs.

Excelletn communication, quick delivery and item exactly as described.

From the moment we ordered the furniture to the day of delivery was perfect.

Excellent service both in purchase and delivery. Product was as expected.

We asked for a slight change in the package which was no problem to them, we bought on the Sunday, they said delivery would be Wednesday every thing arrived as promised by 2 very obliging delivery men, which was nice!! will recommend!

Good service and very speedy delivery

We ordered a Kensington Rattan Sofa set on line on 1st October, the order went through successfully and was acknowledged almost immediately. After a few days we telephoned to request details of delivery and were given a day and timeframe. The furniture arrived on the due date and was offloaded very quickly. I was a little surprised that the delivery was only to offload a pallet with two large boxes on in my drive but, nevertheless, started to unpack the cartons and carry each piece up the steps and into force the house, it didn't take too long as the pieces are quite light individually. We are delighted with the furniture it is exactly what we were looking for. The whole experience was easy and efficient from order to delivery. Well done Regatta Furniture team. Richard Gardiner.
