We are extremely happy with the furniture we purchased from Regatta Garden in 2014. We requested replacement of some parts. When these arrived, we were surprised and delighted. The staff whom we spoke to were very, very helpful. We did not think we could get replacements as the type of chairs and table we bought were no longer in stock. Wow!! It was wonderful to get the replacements. Excellent customer service! We would recommend you to family & friends.

We found what we wanted after a search of various garden furniture stores online. We rang to check the items were in stock and after an initial call which was handled with good product knowledge and courtesy we made a credit card payment over the phone. The items were delivered within a few days, for no additional charge and we are delighted with our purchase of reclining garden chairs wihich arrived with no problems.

Excellent garden armchairs and coffee table. Just what we wanted. Very comfortable, nice and roomy, attractive colour scheme and very well made. Only needed to attach the legs. The 10 year warranty gives confidence. Bought in the sale so good value. Staff at Swanley showroom were very nice, friendly and informative. The furniture was delivered on time by friendly, helpful staff.

Garden furniture is just as seen at the outlet in Wickford. First order I did on the phone as the online site sale package did not show all the items included when I went to pay. I did a second order a few days later but the online site kept crashing at the point of payment so went to Wickford and ordered it directly. Both orders came very quickly, within a week. Some items I still want are out of stock and I used the online facility to arrange an e mail when they become available but was advised this may not be until next season. Both times i spoke to staff, on the phone and at Wickford they were very helpful.
Product was just what we wanted, price a little high though but if you want it you pay for it. Sales guy was rather abrupt but I put that down to poor social skills. Having paid almost £1000 for garden furniture the delivery when it came was incomplete. When I returned to the store to ask when my order would be completed the same sales guy told me that as they don't have the part I'd paid for in stock then I cannot have it. After I'd paid for it! Lots of huffing and puffing clearly in an attempt to make me feel like I was being unnecessarily awkward and a couple of further visits to ask where it was I received the outstanding item. Nice product but terrible staff attitude.

I first dealt with Regatta at the end of 2015 and I found them to be very helpful. Unfortunately one of my chairs broke this year (2017) and I can honestly say that their customer service was second to none. The staff were friendly and communication was great. Other companies need to take a leaf out of their book, as this is how it should be done. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Regatta Garden Furniture again.

The men who delivered my furniture refused to carry it into my back garden and they left it on my drive. I couldn't leave it there until my husband came home as I was going out so I had to struggle with unloading the massive boxes myself and putting the furniture in the garage. Some of the chairs were so big that they would not fit through the door so had to be passed over the garage which we were not warned of when we were buying it.
