Excellent service and great products would definitely buy from oakita again

Sales team were superb. Our search was quite bespoke. However, they found the right furniture for us and it was delivered on time and now has transformed our garden. Would highly recommend. The quality of the Rattan chairs is excellent.

As a whole the company in it self was a pleasure to deal with but sadly the regatta range I originally purchased had to be returned twice due to the weave coming un attached and or badly made hence after the second return I opted for the more robust style in the hope this will now stand the test of time, personally speaking I feel the makers of rattan furniture need to address design issues mainly with regards to loose or broken weave's with regards to this review my 4 star rating if for the company but sadly not the furniture..

Although one wrong item was originally delivered, the speed and courtesy of dealing with this was highly impressive. And the quality of the garden furniture is first class.

The date given for delivery was accurate even though the fire pit we ordered was not delivered with the rest of the furniture, the warehouse manager delivered it in person the next day. I would recommend regatta products.

It's now 26th September and I still haven't received the furniture I ordered in March! Do not pay for your goods upfront! They have had over £2600 of my money and I am so disappointed

Delivery of my Greg Wallace "fire & ice" range of furniture took 4 months instead of the quoted 3 months, although they did offer to lend me some ex-demo furniture until mine arrived. Part of our order was for an ice bucket stand, which is clearly shown to include a bowl on their website, but is supplied without one. Unless without a bowl and was told they are not sold as an accessory and you must use one of the bowls supplied with a garden table. This needs to be made much clearer on the website. A little disappointed with the quality of the furniture. Levelling feet at an acute angle to the ground (expect the thread on the chair feet might bend or break over time), oversized holes used to make components fit together, rough finish to underside of castings, cushions do not properly fit the chairs. Better than most cheaper ranges of garden furniture, but it's on a very long lead time and not sure its worth the wait or really value for money?
