Ratton Pantry are the best bakery suppliers out there IMO. They have the best range of ingredients and also the best customer service. Short dated products
Had a long talk with a very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly chap about their products and their use. I was offered a discount as the flour was nearing its use-by date as I had asked a use-by date because I wouldn't be using it all up right away. Delivery was swift and beautifully packaged, and flour bags were wrapped in brown paper. My friend who took one of the bags was also impressed. I am happy to recommend Ratton Pantry.
