Good stock volumes which are also accurate mean no waiting for delivery. The ability to use Amazon Pay was a good option as it meant I did not need to create another account at another website for occasional orders. Ratton Pantry is now my go to supplier for pizza supplies.

my delivery haven’t arrived after one week due to bad weather and was eventually lost, I contacted customer service and they helped to check with the courier immediately and responded promptly, they also arranged a replacement delivery which arrived in two days, appreciate the good customer service they have

Had a long talk with a very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly chap about their products and their use. Was offered a discount as the flour was nearing its use by date as I had asked a use by date because I wouldn't be using it all up right away. Delivery was swift and beautifully packaged and flour bags wrapped in brown paper. My friend who took one of the bags was also impressed. I am happy to recommend Ratton Pantry.
