Not much helpful advice regarding flour
I was looking for a particular pizza flour, and selected the brand, but in a rush and stupidly ordered the wrong flour. I contacted Rattan Pantry shortly after the order was placed realising my mistake, and made a request for the order to be cancelled if possible, but could only communicate with the chat bot at that time. This morning i received an email saying the order had been cancelled and refunded. Cant ask for a better service than that. I will certainly use Rattan again and choose the right stuff next time ! Thanks for the excellent service.
Ratton Pantry is the best localsupplier for baking and pizza supplies, sold in quantities for everyone from a home hobbyist to small business. Alongside the baking based items they have a good selection of deli supplies - most of which would go well with baked goods. I was purchasing Vital Wheat Gluten on this occasion - the price was competitive, and the ability to buy anything from 500g to 25g will satisfy most people. The VWG is giving excellent results, and as I live locally I will be back there again.
With several dealings with Ratton Pantry, I have been impressed with their professionality and speed of service. Because of this and the extensive range they hold, I shall be pleased to continue to be a customer.
