Hi,I got my order 16kg bag damaged, flover wos inside of carton box so it wos not a fault of delivery company.

They have gone beyond to what they could do. Got me enough flour and delivered on time to get me through increased order volumes as my other supplier had over a week delay

This would have been an easy 5 star review like the last time, unfortunately I can only give 3. I should have taken more notice of the delivery charge. Invoice dated 23.02.23 shipping cost £3.99, Invoice dated 23.03.23 shipping cost £6.99. Please do not blame Putin for this. I have now updated this review because Ratton Pantry realised there was a technical error and have redressed the issue beyond my expectations. I am a very happy customer again. Great company to deal with.
The company said and did "what it says on the tin " ie the items were as described, goods ordered were available directly , customers are kept informed of progress of their order Recommended

The choises of flour are immence, with very good quality flour available. I'm a home baker, so it's important that I'm able to buy flour in medium amounts and not in 16 kg bags or even more.
