Well packaged arrived a day earlier than expected. I had to pre-order the smoked provola, which wasn’t a problem. This cheese is fantastic on homemade pizza. I ordered 4 x 1kg packs, which I cut up into cubes and froze. I take enough for my pizza out the night before and it’s perfect. Their pizza proving box is reasonably priced and I love their pizza flour too - the napoleon style one.
