I ordered culinary flour & bread flour from you yesterday morning & it arrived on our doorstep at 12.30pm today. As this is our first order with you, it took a minute to work out how to get into the well packed boxes! In addition, you gave better service & cheaper, quicker delivery than our local flour mill. The Parcel Force driver even offered to carry the flour in for us as it was heavy, but my husband managed. We will definitely be ordering from you again.

Ace - quick, easy, efficient, considerate packaging (although I’d prefer scrunched old paper as cushioning once, I hope we do all get to the fully phased out weirdness of using poly foam hell fire doom business - in all our walks!). Wild farmed flour IS EPIC. Delicious. Works. Proper tasty. My guts, in all manners, love it….. the underworld in all wisdom. Salut! - listened to Sliced Bread on Radio 4 yesterday (29th June) about ‘compostable’ ‘biodegradable’ plastics, whether petroleum or plant etc etc…. beware PR/pharms/plastic manufacturer who ‘nudge’ & use/abuse admirable work & intentions (& see them and their use of language for their own limited scope/going concerns/bottom lines)

The product itself was fine and arrived very quickly, so i would give you 5 stars for that. HOWEVER the packaging it came in was awful. The box contained a form of polystyrene type shapes to prevent the parcels within breaking in transit. Have you heard of the environmental consequences of using these things? I was horrified and will not be ordering from you again unless convinced your packaging has improved. You can get equivalent fungi packaging that can be composted after use, so there is no excuse.
I am overall satisfied with everything. It was my first purchase with this company, but they are really professional and effective with delivery. Not to say about the quality of their products, which were excellent. I totally recommend to anyone!
Ran out of the Fior di Latte that I ordered so sent pre cut as a replacement at no extra cost. All communicated via email. Excellent service. Use Ratton Pantry for all my pizza supplies.
