There was a mistake with my order, which was partly my fault. I called yesterday and the response to my question about what could be done was exemplary. I have contacted them before for advice, in advance of ordering, and have always found them to be knowledgeable, helpful and prompt. In this instance replacement goods were delivered the next day and Ratton Pantry have a customer for life. No hesitation whatsover in recommending them.
