Payed the amount that they had originally offered for my old mobile phone... however there was no correspondence from them to either confirm that they had received my handset in the post and were happy with its condition as I had described, or even a courteous 'Thank You' for my business. I only found out that the deal had gone through when I checked my bank account a week later.

This company made an offer of £10 for a Nokia Lumia model as described to them. On receipt, they emailed me to inform me that an employee had decided that I should be only offered £2 and was contrary to what had been agreed. The company has since remedied the position and reinstated the original price agreed having blamed computer system error. However I shall not be using them again.
