A perfect condition phone was listed as deep dents and discolouration. That wouldn't even happen in the post. Provided my trade in number as per their reply and request to this review and still no contact and not even paid the amount they requoted! Service just gets worse and worse. They told me unless I removed this review I would not get any payment for my phone. They the promised the money and its now 4 days late with no contact. 3 weeks later and they hang up every time I call. Having to look at legal action.
