Doing a little landscaping, I needed to raise my septic riser. The guys locally wanted $75 for the 6 inch riser. RainHarvest had it for $30 with free shipping. It took about a week to get here, but free, and the best price anywhere. I couldn't find any stainless screws on their website, but no worries. They included them with the riser stapled to some candy. Haha. What's not to like? I'm a very pleased customer.

The RainHarvest team has been AMAZING in offering up their expertise for improving our home-based rainwater catchment builds there, not to mention helping us solve some upcoming challenges to bring potable water to schools and communities-at-large. These guys are the real deal, know their stuff, and truly care about the important work their are doing to secure our most important natural resource.

My Order was exactly what I wanted, it came quickly, and my husband was able to install it easily into our holding tank for our water system.

I am happy with the product but have reservations about the delivery. I know it was a long way from Ft Worth andy residence was a challenge to find but the delivery company did not do a cautious job on transporting the tank. They arrived at dusk (about 30 min before dark) it was to dark already to do a proper inspection. There was considerable tank depressions that were visible on the outside from the way they had the tank strapped down. I wanted to inspect the interior but it was too dark. The next morning I inspected the interior and found what appeared to be layer desperation, bubbling. Had I saw this the night before I would have declined the shipment. It is too late now to do anything about it. I just hope the damage is not fatal to the tank Only time will tell. Your shippers need to be more conciencious about how they secure their payload.

Good equipment but no so good on contractors. By the time the system will have been installed, 5 separate contractors will have worked on it and it still does Not operate. Frustrating beyond belief.

I like dealing with rainharvest systems because they are honest and efficient. I appreciate their willingness to answer questions, also.

I have bought several cisterns and miscellaneous parts from Rain Harvest and have always had a good experience. Jon and his crew are the best.

When I first called, Dan Peters helped me. We were blind concerning pressure pumps for our home. He was most delightful and told us what pump to order. Then we discovered we needed a controller and I called him back. He took the time to talk to your technical dept to see if the controller could be added to the top of the pump we had ordered and received. It could, which saved us the money and time of returning the pump to exchange it. Dan wrote us a very nice letter. We definitely would recommend him and your company..........
