Ordered some replacement parts for my 7 year old rain barrels on a Sunday and I got it on Tuesday. The connecting tube is a much better tube than the I was using that came with the diverters 7 years ago. I love harvesting rain water and releasing it on demand.

I ordered a Graf Carat complete Rain harvest system 1000 gallon. Im very pleased of the quick response to help me make the best decision. While installing the system, i was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the products and how easy it was to install. The tank is made in Germany and very easy to assemble and handle! I purchased a Viqua UVMAX Pro20 Series 20 GPM UV Disinfection System. The lamp failed after 7 months. I called Viqua for replacement. Viqua told me to contact RainHarvest - whom I bought it from. With RainHarvest's assistance I got the replacement UV lamp in about one week. It is probably a good idea to have a spare UV lamp around.

I couldn’t use my card on their site, idk if it was on their end or mine, however once i called them and talked to a person. It was all taken care of. I googled the item i needed, and RainHarvest popped up with the best price. I received my product on time as expected and was un damaged from packaging to item. The book arrived in 3 days - unheard of in remote Alaska. The book is excellent. I am so glad I found it before I began making numerous mistakes. The photos and illustrations help to make the narrative that much more clear and concise. I'll eventually buy all 3 books for both myself and my children. It is worth every penny.

Hello, I received my order today and it was perfect. I used the time between placing the order and the delivery to round up the stainless steel screws necessary to assemble my parts. I was pleasantly surprised to find the SS screws included in my order. I ordered the risers because the risers installed by the septic tank folks were not tall enough. This product and company receive my best recommendation. I've searched for such a product for over a month. Bought one that didn't work, found several others that did not have the specs, but this one has it all. I spent a total of 30 minutes installing it and setting it up. It worked the first time the batteries were installed. I would recommend this tank level indicator to anyone.

When I wanted to have products shipped to the US Virgin Islands, the shipping charges displayed on the web page were ridiculously high. I called them and discussed alternatives, suggesting USPS ground instead of Priority. It was a good choice, costing 1/2 as much, and still arrived in 4 days. Good team!
