Rainharvest systems shipped me the ozonator for a large water tank promptly. They wouldn’t approve what its being used for during the COVID-19 outbreak, but it will eventually find its way to a water tank.

I made a purchase with RainHarvest Systems for a first flush package. The total cost came out to $359.07, the order was submitted via Dan Peters on February 20th. I was charged for the order and it was never delivered. Dan Peters contacted me via email and said they received the package back from the post. I requested that they ask the post what happened and send the order back to me. Instead they charged me for a restocking fee ($61.76) when I hadn't even received the order? What kind of company is this? Taking money from a potential customer without even having received any product? I wanted to leave a good review after Dan helped me select what I needed for my water system, but now, I am unable to. No product received, yet charged for a stocking fee? Unfortunately, the local vendors are closed due to COVID-19. I'm asking Rain Harvest to make this right.

My UV bulb was delivered damaged. Called Daniel, told him. No problem...sent another bulb out. He only asked that I send a picture of the damaged bulb. 5 stars in my book!!!
