What I expected
This company has great customer service. Due to Covid-19 the Royal Berkey was out on back order but once they got supplies in shipping was fast. Setup was easy, purging the filters proved a little difficult. Water tastes great and we even tested the water. Passed with flying colors. Definitely worth the investment!

Products were as advertised My only problem, my ship date according to the invoice was 4/8. I paid for 2 day air shipping which should have put the product at my house on 4/10(Friday). I actually received it on 4/13(Monday). No reason to pay for speedy shipping if you are not going to get it on time.
