Let me start by saying: "Radio.Co provides a first class RADIO STATION PLATFORM with Very Easy Set-up!" All jokes aside - if your goal is to ramp up quickly - and professionally - there isn't a better option. Here's why in a nutshell! 1. You need someone to provide excellent guidance during the early stages - or else you will be frustrated and think its an impossible task. These guys hover over your shoulder - they can see what your doing - they "chip in" and offer "direct" and relevant support. It not only feels good - it is absolutely necessary to succeed - and fast. 2. You need a solid platform that is easy to use, intuitive and looks nice :-) Look - you may be thinking the technology can't be that different between these Radio Platforms. Its just not true! I tried a couple of others - their apps either work one way but not the other - with Radio.Co you will get a complete solution - down to a direct link that takes users / audiences from your own Radio site to your Apps (this bit surprised me) - I had a "work around" with the other guys and thought it was the same here - These guys sent me a direct link to my app from my site - Beat That! 3. They provide excellent on-line and Youtube support - simple - short and easy to watch videos that literally walk you through what you need to do to get started. When you are pressed for time - this makes an enormous difference! 4. To wrap up - the streaming quality is very nice. The sound is clear and the streams are brisk. I heard my wife singing along with my station yesterday - she said it "sounds nice" - she's hard to please folks! I'm one step away from going live (8/17) is my target "go-live" date - and I did it all in the equivalent of 3 days. Mind you - I have built web sites before - but that's why I like Radio.Co so much - these guys made it easy. As the saying goes "its EASY WHEN YOU KNOW HOW" - because they definitely "Know How". Money well spent!

We have been working with radio.co for streaming online and on many other platforms. (ios, googleplay etc.) for a year and we are very satisfied with what radio.co offers. The sound quality and user friendliness of their web based client is very impressive. We had no difficulties or delays for live streaming events. They have been adding new features on their web client continuously. Support team has always been really kind and helpful. If you are planning to start a new online radio or stream your existing radio on the internet. I guess radio.co is what you need. Well Done! :)

Very user friendly platform! Layout, design etc etc - I love it and was about to start recommeding it to other people because of the ease of use. I could suggest a couple of very minor things, but the MAJOR issue and the reason I cancelled, is because there is no segue functionality. There is a simple crossfade, which incidentally is not particularly intuitive in itself, but there is no feature to allow me to tidy up segues where I KNOW the crossfade is going to make a mess. It's such a shame that a key feature like this wouldn't be part of your platform. By way of comparison, the very best automation sofware I've found out there (alongside Zetta) is, to my astonishment, a FREE piece of software called PlayIt Live. Presently and for reliability, I would much prefer that I would have everything hosted on Radio.co server rather than on my own machine, but the lack of segue feature is unfortunately the deal-breaker. If you ever introduce one, please do let me know as at this point in time Radio.co largely does everything else I need it to do.

Very helpful customer service, superb packaging with pricing, splendid add ons + features and user friendly tools . 'Really love the Apps...... especially the neat graphic artworks & smart features. Most importantly, the broadcast is clear, refined and the added encoder hardware and softwares make it all very pristine. Overall, highly recommended and I'm sticking to this. Cheers.

Radio.co is a fantastic service and the people involved in the product are extremely useful and helpful. When there are problems they are quick to respond and resolve them!

What I love best about Radio.co, they are always providing you with updated information and resources to keep your radio station on top. The Tech Support is awesome, I know because I asked a lot of questions and they have always been very patient and even followed up to make sure you are doing okay. Never have they made feel inferior for asking technical questions. I am very happy I chose Radio.co

I can’t even explain how helpful everyone at Radio.co has been. I am having so much fun with their platform. I have literally told several people about them over the past couple of weeks. Easy to use + Great Customer Service + Support through Education = One Happy Customer!

Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Only been with them a short while but so far I am very impressed with the knowledge they share on a weekly basis.

Great system and easy to use

1) The lack of phone support is absolutely annoying,. The support comes in the way of live chat followed by link to an article of a video, which could be much easier through a call. 2) I had two calls scheduled and they both were CANCELLED on your end with no explanation. WTH? 3) The crossfade situation and options are terrible. Huge gaps with my songs no matter where you put the crossfade, with songs fading in…now I realized that I have to go edit all 1500 tracks in my library. Really? Am I missing something? YOU MUST GET THIS FIGURED OUT 4) The tagging is useful, but again took me forever to figure how to actually do it and apply it making a playlist 5) Scheduling tool is good 6) APPS are nice 7) Love the fact that you guys build that apps, efficiently, effectively and get them loaded to the store’s quickly 8) Overall, very pleased, but I likely won’t go live from your dashboard and instead use my studio and my SAM Broadcaster for that 9) Real-time stats…not good. While I can see country...it doesn’t tell me City they are listening from. Why?

Based on my experience and those that have worked a long time in radio, both analog and digital, Radio.co is a solid platform. The user experience is very fluid and easy to figure out for the most part. Some things I sort of wish there were dedicated account managers to explain and hold hands a little bit. But if you're getting into this you should be somewhat technical. The scheduling tools that integrates events with playlists is ace. The connector program is rock solid. I play for hours at a time with no hiccups. I had to figure out how to connect Traktor so more documentation would be nice. But overall, I've never seen anything quite like it after searching for many years.
