Advice for the Radio.Co, you need to hire staff in other countries or have staff that work a later shift to supply support for your customers that live in other time zones.

I am so glad we have chosen Radio.co as our platform for internet-radio. There is a plenty of choice, so the decision wasn't easy, but it was the right one. Team is absolutely helpful, polite and very professional. That alone makes for a great experience, because you feel like you can trust them. The service is great and basically everything runs smoothly, once you learn It all - and its a fun process. We had some questions at first, which is normal, of course, but they answered them all and we are very happy to use it. Would definitely recommend It!

The only drawback so far is that I don't have instant access to a technical rep. Otherwise, I love every feature.

I haven't gone live yet, just testing the service and how each role can operate. So far I've found the service to be exceptional and easy to understand. I have been a radio announcer for over 40 years and operated this station (restorationwings.com) for over 9 years now on the internet. Radio.co is levels above the several other streaming services I have used over the years. The clarity and smooth operation of Radio.co is far superior, and most of all, if I have any questions or concerns there is a solution from Radio.co within hours....not days. I really appreciate that and look forward to years of partnership with Radio.co with this station and a couple more in the future. Thanks Radio.co.

Their Tech Support Takes for ever to answer. Their Pop Up Player Does not have the option to play automatically at every browser. In order to get their App Option, you have to be member of Google Play They don't have a free theme to upload at Word Press. Their Stream is unreliable, and Their Servers disconnect people very often. Not a Good Service at all! Sorry, but it is not!
