Coming from an absolutely horrible experience with Citrus3, we were really excited at what Radio.co had to offer - high availability, great sounding stream, real-time technical support. knowledgeable and friendly staff, complete transparency and honesty, and tools to help us grow as a station. What we didn't know what to expect, was the greeting we'd receive. I can tell you that, Radio.co is the best business decision we could have made, regarding where to have a permanent home for our station. What took us 2.5 weeks to rebuild our station from scratch with Citrus3 has taken us less than half that time, with Radio.co!! The station management UI is SOOOOO easy to use. While Centova Cast does have decent reporting tools, Radio.co's setup is very easy to navigate and use. Everything is where you'd expect to be, and easy to get to and use. Once you get past the UI, then you deal with the stream quality, which is spot-on! Our station sounds GREAT, and is on a stable platform. But even after you have all of that going for you, what good is it to have those things, but you cannot get in touch with anyone (in real-time), when you absolutely need to. Putting in a ticket and waiting 4-6 hours while your station is offline is a death blow to a radio station. Radio.co, has been absolutely wonderful in communicating with me, EVERY STEP of our trial period!! This is THE BEST customer service experience I've had, bar none. There's a plethora of videos, and helpful information to guide you along your path, while the UI is pertty intuitive, there are some things that you may need some assistance with. That's where their robust knowledge base comes in. Plus you have access to chat, which is absolutely priceless. If that weren't enough, I was greeted by a USA-based rep who walked me through the entire process, answered every one of my questions and was very easy to talk with. Chic Ciccsrelli, a 30+ year, seasoned radio professional CALLED ME to help me and make sure that we were getting the most out of investment. i am completely floored, by how wonderful the service has been with Radio.co. I am equally as impressed with the ease and presentation of their tool sets...TuneIn and Twitter integrations, even a dedicated page to register your station with EVERY major radio station directory on the planet!! It's a tremendous value for what we pay. I engaged in a conversation with Jim about my desires to see some more granular and specific reporting components, and he made me feel as if I were a member of the development team!!! Fantastic. I can't say enough great things about Radio.co, and this is only during the Trial Periond. LoL! The only thing I wish they could do would be to provide the Broadcasters more disk space than the 10GB the plan currenty allows. If they could bump that up to 15GB then we'd be in radio heaven. Radio.co is the best solution for your streaming needs. It will be tough to tell your stream from a professional fm station. The difference, IT'S YOUR STATION!! Their customer service is second to none. They care about their product and will do whatever they can to help you find a solution to any issue you have. I can't say enough good things. They are fantastic.
One word FIRST CLASS (well that's two) been with radio.co for over a year now and find the service second to none. Support easy set up easy to operate. I had a station before streamed 24hours with my computer, it's nice to turn it off without effecting the station. So much so I have a second station launching soon. Would go nowhere else. Keep up the good work guys it's very much appreciated.

Super smooth to use, easy to set up and getting started. With all the help you need from introducing videoes in each step of the way. Need any help, send them a email and you allways get an answer within a short time! Thnx to The team at radio.co for all help and a super smooth web page for me to be a "world famous" dj from time to time!! ;-)
It started as a great basic radio system but for some unknown reason the incue and outcue points I set keep randomly changing making gaps between songs and jingles and sometimes cutting the ends off - not impressed!
Very good and prompt service. Many good and simple features to get started with a very own radio station in a fast time.

Radio.co have changed the way Radio is broadcast. They have made it simple and fresh and i for one am a happy customer for 3 years now.
Love the system for Gonzo Radio but my website has been down for 2 days and I have yet to hear from radio.com This is unusual because their response time in the past has been good There has been no heads up on why this has happened and my sponsors and customers cant listen to my station
I like everything but the it takes so long for some one to respond to you. I think in this industry quality is important.

I have been testing and trying out Radio.co for over a month now. My experience has not been a positive one as the key basic features I need (automated playlist scheduling and live anytime) do not work as expected. For the playlists I can't reliably schedule a playlist to start at a specified time unless I go through a convoluted set of steps. The interface for scheduling playlists is also totally counterintuitive. Assistance says they are aware of the issue and they will let me know (but in the meanwhile I am paying). For the Live Anytime feature, which allows you to go on-air with your microphone even while auto-playlists are going, fades out my voice every time I close the microphone, making my last few words impossible to hear. When I reported this unnatural behavior (fading out should be a feature not a default) once again I was assured that related info in the documentation would be updated, but that I had to live with it. Given the above and the many reports to assistance, with very little achievement in return, I have found though the cost to be quite a bit on the high side, and do not feel too comfortable in paying $47/mo for what I am getting. I have also found a pro-active customer service which has lots of outreach power, bombards me with offers and proposals, but it has not been much helpful in the way of resolving the basic issues I have encountered. As of now, I would not recommend Radio.co, to anyone who wants to reliably schedule playlists and who wants to go live with his microphone. I hope they will improve the service, fix the bugs and stop charging customers when the service is not provided.
The boys at Radio.com are so helpful. I couldn't have got started without their help. I would recommend Radio.co to anyone who wants to get into Web Radio.
I'm not normally one for leaving random 5 star reviews but so far with Radio.co I'm not left with much choice. The team there have given me a service which is priced right, does EXACTLY what's needed of it, they offer excellent customer service (I've seen some complain about late replies but, let's be honest, people complain if you're not there to hand them another sheet of toilet paper let alone handle e-mail support). I also like the way they've developed their company and believe more great things are coming down the pipeline for Radio.co. They've made operating an online station simple, economical, and makes it possible to genuinely enjoy the experience. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough.
