I had to change server because my station was getting to big for the maximum bandwidth they allowed. The website feature doesn’t give me what I had with my last server and everything worthwhile costs more.

If you don't know how to get started with your own online radio, Radio.co is the best place to start. Very friendly people with great experience. I recommend it for both beginners and advanced.

This is a great innovative and affordable platform for individuals with little or no experience who want to launch a radio station type. It is very simple to install, operate and use. Great, support and tutorials, the team provides excellent and quick feedback and assistance as needed. The university covers all angles. They even guide you on how to license the station, or provide you with resources such as royalty free music provider services, how to promote the station, apps submission to android and ios etc. In a nutshell, they cover how to run a successful station from soup to nuts. I am so hooked that I am thinking about a second station in the very near future.

Radio.co is a great platform for anyone who wish to start his own radio station. the interface is great, the support team is superb and are always available to help you. I feel they should regularly work on their product interface and mechanism so as to build a superb product. Cheers to James, Dave and everybody behind this superb product.

The Radio.co interface is sooo intuitive you really don't need a tutorial. I've tried all the streaming vendors, and Radio.co is by far the best on the market. And if you are concerned about customer service, don't be...Radio.co's CSR's are very responsive!

This needs to be more turnkey. Find out what a fair amount would be to get all the services we need to grow these stations and charge that amount. Way to much red take and reading to have to be paying for a service. Make it streamline for value instead of frustrating and tedious

I have tried three other radio providers. I can honestly say NON come close to Radio.co. Questions are answered better. The platform is better and I have to say the listener experience is better. Within weeks I had tripled my listener interaction. If you are looking for an Internet Radio Provider you can do what I did and try them all wasting boatloads of time you don't have OR you could do what I did in the end. GO FOR THE BEST!

Radio.co is very overpriced compared to all of its competition. The stations, which once included ours, are test dummies as they try to create the platform. They have a nice UI but it has too many glitches that they cant get worked out. We broadcasted through them for 8 years and have now moved onto cheaper, better options.

Solace Radio has been using the Radio.co platform for nearly 5 years. With outstanding features, amazing easy setup, plus a customer support staff which goes beyond the call of duty. We highly recommend Radio.co's platform for any station (terrestrial or online) for your platform needs. We would not be as successful everyday without our partner Radio.co.

I've used a few other platforms before only a few but this one is by far the most modern and up to date. The Team reply to my questions promptly and there YouTube Tutorial channel is proper helpful. Now just waiting for "Global WIFI" and we'll be well on our way.

I am just starting up my radio station and being such a techno noob I have no idea what I am doing most of the time until I am instructed visually this is my only way of learning through experience and I have found the welcome and the support staff to date EXCELLENT particularly Phil and Dave - My questions must be xcruciating to the experienced most of the time but the patience and the careful handling has been amazing - also without prompt the recognition of what I am trying to achieve has given me great hope at eventually getting everything on air and embedded into the psyche of my local community - I am progressing but its slow because of my own novice factors nothing more than that - once I am up and running upgrades will be heading my way but lets walk before running lol - Thank you in gratitude I have made the right choice

After a good start with Radio.co we have been very disappointed with the recent level of customer service and on air service. Our station has been regularly dropping out during live shows when we have guests on, and we have lost at least 4 shows due to their 'record' function not working. It is unlikely we will be renewing our contract, perhaps they now just have too many radio stations to try and monitor and can no longer cope. **As a reply to the reply below, our internet is set up with an ethernet cable and a very good internet connection which is dedicated to our radio station, and for the first few months we had no problems at all with dropouts, the problem is not at our end.
