The process went really well and the person helping me was greatly patient. I appreciate them!

The general system is great. But, if you are not a techie and in need of assistance, customer service is hit or miss. They don't seem to have a system where customer notes are passed on to other workers to best understand your station or challenges. Our questions have remained in the que for days with no response only for us to have to start all over w/asking the same questions and getting the same responses...including responses that never really answered our questions. We upgraded to a package that should come with more support and a dedicated manager. However, we were never contacted or given access to the type of support promised. We have had the same simple requests for over two months and their reps keep giving responses that don't answer the questions we have. When we schedule for a call, we have to book one 2-3 weeks out despite the fact that we have been paying for a service that is supposed to give a access to a dedicated manager with phone support that (as they stated) doesn't require us to have to wait in line. We continue to have to wait in line for weeks, but we are still being charged for services we aren't receiving. We were told our issues would be handled as a 'priority' a month ago due to our challenges with customer service. But, that hasn't happened either. We also haven't been offered or granted any refunds or any ideas of how they can offer us assistance to make up for the bad customer service. The other challenge with booking a call is the time zone. If you are busy, finding a time that fits might not happen. They are only available at very inconvenient times for some users in the US. We thought upgrading to a package that included a dedicated manager and priority phone support would help get past this challenge, but even after paying we still haven't received any of those perks. No one has even addressed how we can get set up with a dedicated manager and we are still asked to wait in lines of requests for phone support. Some of their reps seem to be inconsistent in their product knowledge. We once tried reaching out about a particular tech issue. One rep told us that they couldn't help and that we should check our personal website or connect with Wordpress for help because they weren't able to assist. We spoke with a different rep in the same week about the same issue who not only answered our question quickly, but they also sent direct links of where we could find the answer through their system on their website. They also started working on the changes for us which left us with less work to do on our end. That rep helped us a lot while others seem to just keep us in an endless cycled of recycled information that doesn't answer our questions or we get advice from some who we find our later from other reps gave us completely wrong advice. Before the pandemic, customer service was much better. It's quite frustrating right now. We are still waiting for assistance that goes beyond a link to information we have already tried to implement. We can't seem to find access to a manager to make a complaint even though it involves us paying for services we aren't receiving. When asked about when we can start benefiting from the package we upgraded to, we haven't received a reply specifically to that question. We are still waiting for someone who will to answer our questions and not just send links to information that doesn't seem to help so far.

I had radio.co a couple years back. But I was sideline when I got sick. It is great to be back with Flava99 and to be back in good health. I trying to expand with partners to get good music out there.

I have had a good experience setting up my chill out radio station using Radio.co. They have a good platform which is feature rich and let me get up and running quite quickly. I had to acquire licenses through PRS and PPL separately which wasn’t too complicated although it would be good if they included this as an add on. We are two months in and the station has been available 24/7 with no glitches! I am looking forward to growing our listener base and getting more DJs involved with the project. Have been happy with customer support and the presales team.

Been with radio.co for nearly 5 years and the service now has become dreadful. We can't get replies to issues and we have lost loyal listeners and sponsors directly from the drop outs and dead air. For the money would have expected more. If I could have given no stars then I would.

5 Stars all day long! Great platform. Great widgets. Great people to deal with. Always find them knowledgeable, friendly and quick, on the rare occasions I need their help, on what is a very well thought through and user friendly platform. In fact make that 6 Stars!

VERY helpful, lots of short detailed YouTube videos on step by step on EVERY aspect of what you'll need and many more you never thought you needed. Customer Service, although in another country, is exceptional! They've always been more than patient on our learning curve, and always with a smile helping us out. I've looked into many other similar providers, and their price (for what you get ratio) is unsurpassed, add on the amazing customer service, and no comparison! I'm so sure we made the right decision.

So far so good. Very responsive to my questions. Friendly team, very helpful. Happy I’ve moved from my old server company to Radio.co.

We are still exploring the ins and outs of the program, but we love it. We are excited to officially get our station off of the ground and running. Thank you Radio.co for this platform.

Only been with Radio.co for a short period but already impressed with their engagement and commitment to broadcasters who take operating a radio station seriously. Always improving the platform and an eye on future broadcasting trends is what sets Radio.co apart from the rest.

My experience with radio.co has been pretty good. As far as the platform is concerned, it's fairly complicated to use - I think you need to dedicate a lot of time to properly understanding all the features before you can go live. Plus, to the best of my knowledge there is no good or easy way of broadcasting live and easily playing songs alongside it (like a real radio station would do) unless you pre record it all, which kinda defeats the purpose of a live radio station. However, there are lots of videos on YouTube and they have their own university radio.co where you can learn about how to set up and run your station properly which can be fairly helpful. Radio.co unfortunately lacks in its availability to customer service - it has no way to contact an individual 'straight away' by phone call or a quick email reply. The chat box thing they have means that it can take a day or more for them to reply, and when you have pretty urgent radio issues or other immediate concerns this can be frustrating - especially seen as its $49 a month for the bronze package and many other internet radios have WAY below this subscription fee. Overall though, it's a pretty nice looking radio website, boasting a range of features that definitely need their time to understand.

Have been using Radio.co for almost 2 years and it has been a great experience. Our volunteers have had aa great time with it as the learning curve is minimal and the support and resources provided make understanding and launching radio lots of fun. Highly recommended.

In the middle of needing urgent help now. Ive tried to call their number numerous times. Email as requested when in need of helo. Our radio station is down and nothing. 10 hours our station has been down! Furious right now that this can be able to happen! Ridiculous that there isnt a person that we can speak to!

What can I say? This is probably the best service I have used in 30 years. Really, a joy to use. The customer support has been impeccable and the platform has been flawless since day 1. Bravo and congratulations to the team

It’s a great system but customer service is very poor. They either don’t respond, take a few days to respond or half way through a problem stop responding. I was with them for several years but have now left. I can’t run a business with poor communication.

Radio.co is probably one of the best tools for anybody who does not have experience in radio. It is easy to use and it is convenient as you can record and set shows to play at anytime time. So from my point of view radio.co is the best ❤️

Good Job! The better platform for online radio, no doubts!

The tutorial videos are great and support is responsive. The most confusing part of setup (in an otherwise amazingly well designed and implemented platform) was the connection to the stream. Unclear about needing only ONE bit of software to connect; EITHER radio.co's own Broadcaster for Windows, BUTTS for Windows or Mac OR Audio Hijack for Mac. I was getting a "socket layer" error and there was no info to be found on radio.co site about this. Audio Hijack offered the suggestion to use Shoutcast 1 instead of 2. But I had to do another little Google research project to figure what the hell a "socket layer" was and how you might fix the related error. One big clue; reboot the computer AND the router. Duh! ;-) Since Audio Hijack is just one of the three apps used for the all important connection to the radio.co live stream, I would have thought that the sreenshots of the settings in the radio.co tutorials would reflect the current version the software.
