James & the whole team at radio.co always go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable with running your own station. Any questions we've had in the 7 months running are Quickly and thoroughly answered! All in one packages are covered well.
Although not the cheapest, I still feel the best streaming supplier out there with the design of the platform and software. It's not without its issues at times, but customer support has vastly improved post COVID as there were too many delays in response during the pandemic and was hard to resolve issues. Big shout out to James and Dave who I have corresponded the most with in helping resolve technical issues and help in supporting our upgrade to Silver package as we try to monetise Hive Radio UK over the next 12 months. I had a previous station with Radio.co in 2017 and this my second year with Hive Radio UK now on the platform. On a feedback basis, I would like to see upgrades to the storage on all packages as I don't feel they now reflect modern needs and haven't been updated for at least 4 years. Especially with cheaper competitors in the market place, so this is long overdue now. I would also like to see the auto compressor feature return, as this was a great feature until it was removed at the end of last year. So I do feel value for money needs to improve with upgraded and new features. This is the main reason I can't give 5 stars at the moment. But overall I'm happier with the service this year then last year.
I was very pleased with the support and customer service I received. I initially had some technical issues after a couple of days of the trial period. The support I got from the radio.co staff was excellent. Also after I signed up for the website, I ran into an issue that I couldn't connect to the server. After a quick chat, my issue was resolved. After each issue was resolved, I was contacted to make sure everything was resolved and that I was satisfied. I feel that the customer service received was excellent and worthy of five stars!
Radio.co is outstanding.... I can't speak highly enough of the team. After my demo via screen share it was very clear how easy the software is to manage. The team have offered support all the way but also give you no illusions how much effort it takes to establish yourself as a brand and radio station.. Glad I took the plunge!!

I have tried out various options for my growing online radio station. Not only does it function great, the entire offering such as stats etc, is the best I have seen. But most of all, the customer service is the best I have seen in the industry.
I am in Houston, TX and planned a Patriotic Flag Rally June 13, 2021 honoring Flag Day and again on July 3, 2021 honoring Independence Day where participants would adorn their vehicles with Flags and a convoy would proceed down the freeways in a Peaceful Public display of Free Speech and their Patriotism. I wanted to enhance the event by having all the participants to be able to listen to patriotic music as they traveled. I first thought about negotiating with Houston radio stations to simul-cast and make it a great event, but no one wanted to participate. The radio stations might be patriotic and community minded, but profit and bottom line is their main focus. It was at that point, I discovered Radio.co and learned about an Internet Radio Station to accomplish the same objective. As a newbie and never considered an internet radio before, I took the chance to learn and use something completely new to me, but old hat for Radio.co. I did a 7 day Free Demo and was able to quickly build a complete audio playlist and have it up and running in a few days. The principals and support staff held my hand with tips and advice whenever I hit a stumbling block and helped overcome any technical issues. Radio.co has numerous online tutorial videos to explain the use of their dashboard, but were always receptive to questions that I had. Although Radio.co probably has thousands of satisfied clients in the U.S. and around the world, they were attentive and responsive as if I was their only customer. It was a very good experience and I highly recommend this company and it's offering. I was not looking for long term use since I was focused on just getting a station up and running to support the listening pleasure of the Flag Rally participants. There are certainly dozens of professional features such as podcasting and Live Broadcasting that were a part of my account, but I did not have a need for this "pop-up" type event. For my needs, I simply setup a bare basic upload of audio files into a playlist and simply updated the files and ordered them to help get my message across to potential listeners, yet I learned during my trial period that there are potentially hundreds of uses for an in-house internet radio station to support retail and well as business communication and training efforts almost effortlessly. As I was winding down after my Flag Rally events, I tuned in to my own internet radio station was was quite surprised how good it sounded, not only through my computer, but also my smartphone, as well my car's blue-tooth sound system. Anyone investigating getting a valuable audio tool that runs 24/7 should definitely sign up with Radio.co for a very rewarding service and experience. Highly recommend! So far, Radio.co have been very good, my experience so far based on a preregistration period of a year, surveying other platforms, but always intending to go with these guy's. Helpful equipment tutorials and reviews, I used these to decided on my mixer, in conclusion, Yes, trustworthy, go the extra mile to assist even before you finally subscribe!! this is not a bromance review, because they do make mistakes, but then again, the man who didn't make a mistake, didn't make anything ! On the whole I am very happy with Radio.co, even though some of my expert friends in the industry recommended me to go elsewhere. The whole process of getting online was very easy and intuitive, and the dashboard interface is very user-friendly with plenty of useful features. The guys behind the scenes have always been keen to help, although sometimes it takes time to get replies. They’ve not always had all the answers I hoped - but the will to please the client seems to be there. On the plus side, it was so surprisingly easy to get a professional sounding radio station up and running. The scheduling and music programming is simple and easy to grasp. It may seem limited to anyone used to using more sophisticated tools, but that’s not the point. On the downside, I am disappointed with the top-of-the-hour news service. It’s a great idea in principle as it allows us to sound fresh and up to date with little manpower - but in reality it clumsily cuts whatever song is playing and, for reasons I don’t understand, the levels are considerably lower than the regular output. Also, we can only select consecutive hours rather than morning and evening for example. I may end up abandoning this service altogether which is a real shame. A few gripes aside, they do exactly what they promise. It’s easy to get an online radio stations up and running, and it sounds great. The project so far has been very exciting, and I’m looking forward to adding more music, more features and live broadcasts.
I am very new to running an internet radio station. If it was not for the people at radio.co I would have given up a long time ago. The staff is so very patient in answering all my questions.....and i'm sure my questions are so basic but they never have a problem in giving me assistance. These people are the best!!!

they have the best platform but the WORST customer/ technical and help line desk. I have waited 2 months now and emails which take up to 5 days to be replied. They NEVER sort out any issues just send you video links. I have paid for my radio licence, apple developer, and 2 months in still no app. So far i have spent $500 in the space of 2months trying sort things out. Still nothing sorted. So i cant launch my station just yet. t They are quick to block you when you withhold payments and communicate quicker yet wont still get to the bottom of issues. Zero courtesy, no apologies when they turn up 20 min late for a half an hour appointment.
