Attended the installer event at Portsmouth. The guys were fantastic. Really know the product, helpful with everything that was asked and clearly understand the situations that we face as installers and were able to define the support that they can offer. A great morning, time really well invested. Changed my own installation on the back of this to a Puredrive battery system.

We found the customer service at Puredrive to be a real example to anybody else of outstanding performance. We are looking at a solar panel installation and we’re somewhat confused about how the batteries worked, how they integrated with the grid and what happens during a power cut. Daniel was tremendously knowledgeable about the products and offered excellent advice and support to help us make a decision. He also helped advise on other aspects of the installation and has offered to stay in touch as we move through the process. This support has made us much more confident that we are making the right decisions in an area that can be quite confusing to us as laymen. I would recommend Puredrive customer support to anyone and I will leave a further review of the battery system after we have had it installed and experienced its working in situ. Well done Puredrive!

Have had a few engagements with Puredrive - especially as my installer has gone bust - not that they were that knowledgeable. Every time they have been very proactive in their approach. The individuals that come to site though very pleasant and engaging. Remain professional and knowledgeable about not only their product but anything that connects to it. They do what say - which frankly in what can be a bit of a ' wild west' of installers, is very reassuring to know there is company that operates in this way. And the product is doing the job as well

Teething problems after installation. On site visit involved an extremely thorough check of the entire system and everything was up and running as it should be within 30 minutes. Jamie and Ren are an excellent team; hardworking and thorough. Thanks lads!

I manage a self catering cottage in the lakes after weeks of annoying niggles the retailer suggested Puredrive attend the property and sort said issues as arranged 2engineers arrived from Worcester namely Jamie Garwood and his colleague Ren fatejeus what a wonderful experience they were all over the installation and fairly quickly identified several issues and fixed everything on site their knowledge of Solis unit was 2nd to none what a professional duo a total credit to puredrive suffice to say if we experience any further issues I would probably insist on these two engineers in a heart beat thanks ever so much Jamie and Ren

Excellent service. Very helpful in getting my solar installation back up and running. The 3rd party installer done a moonlight so no warranty with them. But puredrive stepped up and got me going again.

Good communication regarding our appointment, with conformation via e-mails, verified a day before and a call ahead of an on-time arrival were much appreciated. Both technicians Oli Burge and Ollie T were courteous, and friendly and immediately got on with the job of fixing our failed battery meter. They explained the complexities of the system so that even we could understand in our sleep deprived state. The fix was completed in a short time and all appears to be now working properly for the first time! One suggestion would be for a means to be found to remove the battery cover completely for access to the meter. We have subsequently noticed that the stress of partial release and flexing it away from the unit has left a minor crease in the external cover. Otherwise all good and a pain free experience - thank you.

Pure Drives customer service has been great, Callum flew over from England to NI to run us through all things PureDrive and did a training session with the office and installers. Callum has also answered every question we’ve had and was always really easy to get hold of.

I can only say great things - the team are always helpful and professional, I rarely have problems but my last phone call with Tom in customer service was excellent - I had some questions about the battery and he was so friendly and helpful throughout. He is a credit to the team and I want to extend my thanks for the support.
