Jack Court and his team at Puredrive have provided excellent support with a couple of battery related problems experienced at The Suffolk Punch Trusts site. Replacment units have been provided under warranty, and fitted by Puredrive staff in a very timely manner. Technical support provided by Jack to our local installer Cavin at Doyle Electrical Services has also been first class. Excellent service from all concerened.

Exceptional service from Jack Court. Kept to his word and delivered the goods. Our business Solar Insight was asked to attend a business event to promote renewable energy. Puredrive has recently merged with Duracell, and we required new marketing material. It was a pleasure speaking to Jack, who got everything organised efficiently, 5 * service.

Speed of response from the Technical Team, namely Jack Court who resolved a small glitch with charging and discharging. Very impressed with the level of knowledge and immediate steps to monitor, assess and resolve the issue. I would highly recommend this Company when installing a battery system in conjunction with a PV array.
These Solar PV Batteries are a new bit of kit for me with some setting adjustments required for my tariff settings with what appeared to be some in depth instructions. I called the customer service line and spoke to Beth and then Owen first to register then to gain further help and was talked through what was in reality some straight forward steps making it look simple. I got exactly the information I needed, when I needed it making me feel I had received great service with a good company. I absolutely love the look and the efficiency of their product. I would recommend this company.
Great support for a battery issue. After a bit of toing and froing with updates to the inverter and battery firmware, eventually one of the battery packs was identified as faulty. Puredrive support organised a replacement battery to be shipped next day and use the packaging to return the defective battery. All organised by puredrive. Puredrive was going to send a tech to replace the battery, but that would have taken some time, but as I was quite happy to swap it myself it happened very quiclkly. Replacement battery replaced in 30 minutes and system fully functional again. Can't fault the support and warranty.
One of my five DC2 batteries died (the green LED wasn't lighting) after 14 months of use so Pavel was sent to check it out. He could not revive the battery but also realised that some of the cabling was not done correctly - apparently a very common problem with installers. Strange since the battery had been working fine up to then! He replaced the cables and tidied them up and also replaced the battery with a new one. Now working very well so excellent service from Puredrive and Pavel (after a poor experience trying out the new app).
This is my first review in Trust pilot and I want to really call out how great Puredrive and Alice Shea were for following up and staying with my support query. After two years my batteries were not charging correctly and I contacted Puredrive for support. Alice responded and asked my installer to run some checks. With no quibbles or hassle it was decided to replace both batteries. Throughout the whole process Alice kept me updated, dealt with the installers and made sure everything was working satisfactorily in the end. Having a company stand over their warranty and offer excellent support was one of the reasons I went with Puredrive.
Owen von Seckendorff in Tech Support has been absolutely superb. Quick, professional, knowledgeable. A very approachable manner and even offered to help us whilst we are on-site this coming Sunday! Massive thanks. Outstanding service.
I had an issue with the temperature sensor that meant the battery was not charging fully. pure drive were out within the week to resolve the issue and they even upgraded the hardware
We had a failed battery, which was determined by a site visit. 2 weeks later repair was successfully carried out. Very professional service by a competent engineer
Engineer arrived on atime as arranged , he sorted the miss match software on my 2 batteries that was causing numerous errors and alarms. By updating both to the same, not entirely sure how i ended up with 2 different versions as both fitted same time. Shame it can't be done OTA or by customer if they are comfortable do so. Anyway all is good at the moment.
After being let down when our solar installer stopped trading, leaving us with only half of our installation oprational. I contacted Puredrive in the hope they could advise me on what could be done. Owen from Puredrive and the rest of team diagnosed the problem remotely, they sent a very helpful engineer who replaced a none compatible battery that the original company had installed, they also replaced a comms cable. In just over a hour Puredrive had our system up and running for the first time. We are delighted with the very professional support and service Puredrive provided, and would highly recommend the company and products to anyone thinking of getting a solar system.
We've been working with PureDrive for a while and have found the hardware to be very well made and the batterys work exceptionally. The customer service has greatly improved lately, especially since we had georgii looking after us. We've had all our reported issues fixed quickly without any push back or extended waits for solutions.

The reason I gave 5 stars is due to the improved support I am now getting from puredrive. This is what differentiates the various battery sellers and puredrive seem to be much better of late. Had a problem with one of my batteries losing power and Will from support helped organise a replacement and was quick and prompt with his replies to my queries. That is why I went for these rather than a DIY route as when something inevitably goes wrong you get the support to resolve it without too much fuss.
Minor issue with inverter and battery integration requiring an update. Alice at Puredrive was able to get me sorted with the equipment and files needed, and we've also sorted out my warranty.
