We had 2x PureStorage II 5kWh batteries installed with a solar panel and inverter setup. The batteries have integrated perfectly into the overall setup, with simple control and App based monitoring. The battery units have a sleek, clean design and take up surprisingly little space. The modular design allows for simple expansion if needed in the future.

I had a Solis inverter and one Puredrive battery installed about 9 months ago. I recently upgraded this by adding two more batteries, following which I kept getting CAN comm errors. Thr Puredrive engineer came down from Glasgow, resolved the problem and also gave the system a healthcheck and tweaked the settings. Really knowledgable and professional service, I am a very happy customer.

I'm an installer, and lately I've been getting to know the secrets of 3-phase systems. I'm completely impressed for the support I got with my first 3 phase installation. Jack, the 3 phase account manager is legend. He organised a complete helper team for me when I faced with difficulties, and also kept contact with the customer, providing frequently updated information about the troubleshooting. I cannot be grateful enough and I only can recommend this wonderful team.

I would definitely recommend puredtive, if looking to buy a battery, look no further. I have 2x5 5kw batteries, about to buy a 3rd. Anytime I have contacted the company the service has been 1st class.

Trying to charge me for warranty repair! 2 year old battery stops working and Puredrives solution - try to charge me £1000 to replace it!! Have you ever heard the like of it? This is after 2 months of emails and more emails giving me the run around with promises that are broken over and over again. And now they tell me it's 'their warranty' that I have to pay for replacement product! Save yourself the trouble and buy a different brand.

Top customer service from pure drive team. Our problem was dealt with by Tom and Tobias and 2 technicians who came to our home to Investigate the Issue. New puredrive battery and inverter from Solis fitted by an Installer recommended by Toby as our installer had dissappeared without trace to put it politely . We could not recommend Puredrive Energy highly enough.. top class.

Toby was really helpful in setting up my account and Alice in enabling it. The team are friendly and prompt with all communication.

I reported that one of my PureDrive batteries had stopped communicating with the others. After some helpful discussion with their technical team they volunteered to send someone out to look into the problem. An appointment was made very shortly after and then three engineers came out. They are polite and helpful and fixed the issue very quickly. I can't praise them enough!

Really excellent customer service from these guys after a few issues with the installation. Logan in particular was really helpful.

A good response as a last job in a busy day, before a bank holiday weekend. Polite, efficient and patient. These guys are giving a good service in an industry where “customer service” is a word with little value.

I have to add another excellent review for PUREDRIVE. Appointment booked to visit my home for Wednesday 8th August. This had to be cancelled due to illness but timely communication caused no problem. Further visit booked for Tuesday 15th. Evening time slot after 5pm offered. I received a call at 6pm updating me. Visit would be later due to a previous job taking longer. Was this acceptable? The lads eventually appeared around 11pm ( yes 11pm ) after a further call to update me re arrival time. Despite being busy all day both lads ( Olly and Jack ) were pleasant and professional. Took time to explain what they were doing and offered further review if required. Battery now seems to be working properly ( I know it's early days ) but I am reassured by their attitude that things will be dealt with if required. I am aware this a second review for this company but so far I have been met with great service from very pleasant people. I would emphasize that the battery was not the problem, merely a software update was required.

We have had a Purderive Battery for over a year. Our average electric cost per unit over the winter was 12p. Over the summer we only pay the standing charge. The system is excellent. Support from the company is very responsive and frankly surprising what they continue to do of us. We are in the process of adding an EV Charger and have moved to their 'automatic integration with time of use tariff,' system which checks the weather, your usage, and automatically adds charge to the battery only as needed. This saves us even more on cloudy days. Its Free. Excellent communication and support from Jack recently - email and callback to explain new systems. Cannot fault them.

I needed to contact Puredrive customer services because my battery was no longer communicating properly with my inverter. They were so helpful at Puredrive, got my online details, assessed the problem, and Identified the need for a firmware upgrade and arranged for engineers to come over to Derby to do the necessary. Two great lads turned up as planned on a Sunday afternoon! They got everything sorted. What a service!! Absolutely delighted with Puredrive and thoroughly recommend

I do not review many companies as I have always only had a basic service, or their support has been the same. But the whole team at PureDrive are just superb. Had a solar panel system installed with battery by SO Energy. PureDrive have supplied the battery and App, they always are attentive and positive and they really care about you as a customer, a very rare commodity these days. The gentleman I spoke to Mr Jack court on sales team was brilliant phoned up for some information about the pure drive battery absolutely marvelous anything he wasn't sure of he was quick to check on so the information was spot on calm and clear and I'm now looking forward to using your products nearly forgot best best thing was when Jack said he'd ring back as I was working he absolutely did spot on top marks can't stress enough how good communication is keep up the great work

After speaking to Georgii about a programming issue ,she managed to have it resolved within 24hrs and our AC battery is working great !! Thank you Georgii !

Puredrive are really responsive and helpful. We needed a replacement energy meter for our battery. Tim in the office fixed it all up and dealt with our queries well. The two engineers came this evening. Really polite and great ambassadors for the company. Did a neat and efficient job and answered a few queries about the workings of the system, even though it was after 7pm. They were still keen to help. David
